    • PURPOSE:To smoothly supply operation oil to hydraulic chambers of a static hydraulic clutch. CONSTITUTION:A cam surface 15 is formed on a side surface of a large- diameter gear 9 driven by a crank chaft 1, while a cylinder block 11 is fixed to a main shaft 2 of a transmission. An even number of plungers 14 reciprocated by the cam surface 15 are fitted to cylinder ports 13 of the cylinder block 11. A clutch valve 19 is provided on the cylinder block 11 for communicating and interrupting hydraulic chambers 16 formed in respect to the cylinder ports 13 through a first oil passages 21a, with each other. One group of the plungers 14 and the other group thereof have phases opposite to each other. Upon engagement of a clutch 7 which is indicated in the figure, the hydraulic chambers 16 are connected to an oil pump 30 through a second oil passage 21 having a check valve 22. The hydraulic chambers on high pressure side are sealed, while operation oil is supplied to the oil chambers 16 on low pressure side from the oil pump 30.

    • PURPOSE: To form a driven pulley in a compact manner by a method wherein a clutch weight pin to pivotally support the clutch weight of an automatic centrifugal clutch is supported to the back of the pulley half body on the fixed side of the driven pulley. CONSTITUTION: When an automatic centrifugal clutch 56 is disengaged, clutch weights 95 are energized to approach each other by the force of a clutch spring 97, and a facing 96 is separated away from the inner peripheral surface of a clutch drum 100. When the number of revolutions of a driven pulley 54 is increased, the clutch weight 95 is spread radially outwardly against the clutch spring 97, the facing 96 is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of a clutch drum 100, and the rotation of the driven pulley 54 is transmitted to a shaft axis 53. Since a clutch weight pin 94 is supported by the pulley half body 85 on the fixed side of the driven pulley 54 by casting, the clutch weight pin 94 is firmly fixed without using a special fixing member, a need for a driven plate is eliminated, and the number of part items and the size in an axial direction of the driven pulley 54 are reduced.
