SOLUTION: The waste heat recovering system is arranged with an evaporator 3 connected to a steam and water drum 6 in the middle of an exhaust gas duct 2 conducting the exhaust gas from a micro gas turbine 1, a first and a second heat exchangers 8 and 9 for feeding the heat contained in the exhaust gas inside the exhaust gas duct 2 to the water inside a feed-water pipe 7 from the feed-water pipe 7 feeding water to the steam and water drum 6 to the exhaust gas duct 2 on the downstream side of the evaporator, a bypass duct 10 for bypassing an evaporator 3 to the exhaust gas duct 2, opening and closing dampers 11 and 12 for conducting the exhaust gas inside the exhaust gas duct 2 on the side of the evaporator 3 or a bypass pipe 10, a steam taking out pipe 13 for taking out the steam generated by the steam and water drum 6 and a warm water taking out pipe 14 for taking out the warm water from the feed-water pipe 7 on the downstream side of a first heart exchanger 8.

The gas-liquid heat exchanger 2 comprises a tube for supplying heated water (hot water) to the exchanger and a heating fluid passage supplied with an exhaust gas G and having a large number of fins provided on the outer periphery of the tube disposed thereon.

SOLUTION: The air cooling facilities are provided with heat exchange equipment 1 on the liquefied natural gas side comprised of a low-temperature-part gas-side heat exchanger 11, a middle-temperature-part gas-side heat exchanger 12 and a high- temperature-part gas-side heat exchanger 13 which lead the liquefied natural gas sequentially and subject it to heat exchange with a refrigerant so as to be gasified, and with heat exchange equipment 2 on the air side comprised of a high-temperature- part air-side heat exchanger 21, a middle-temperature-part air-side heat exchanger 22 and a low-temperature-part air-side heat exchanger 23 which are connected to the above gas-side heat exchangers through refrigerant transfer pipes 31-33 respectively and which lead air sequentially and cool it down to prescribed temperatures by the refrigerant circulated between the gas-side heat exchangers. The facilities are provided with moisture removing equipment 3 which supplies a moisture removing agent to the upper part in an air passage of a heat transfer tube 22a in the middle-temperature- part air-side heat exchanger and makes it drop along the heat transfer surface so as to remove the frost, ice or the like sticking on the surface.
