摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a very beautiful and simple package by cutting off a tray packed with goods conveyed at a fixed interval after folding down and sticking them in U-shape along the conveyer line, and finally, making film shrunk with heat. CONSTITUTION:A uncompleted tray 1 made of thick paper such as corrugated fibreboard is carried by a conveyor being packed with goods 2. Required quantity of thermoshrinking film 3 is evenly drawn out over the goods 2 through tension rollers 5 during the conveyance. The film is folded down in U-shape along the conveyor line with a guide 6, and lower end 8 of the folded down film 3 is stuck on the tray 1 by heating with sticking rollers 7 provided, with regard to the conveying direction, in both left and right sides of the tray 1. The stuck film 1 is cut off with cutters 12 while being carried and drawn, then the film shrinks with heat while passing through a heat tunnel, and completes a beautiful package by closely adhering to the goods 2 and the tray 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a contraction packing method according to which if the heating of a preceding container is interrupted due to the interruption of container feeding for a certain reason, the film is difficult to melt and cut because the heated part is not subject to a large amount of heat. CONSTITUTION:A thermally contractive film 4 wound in a roll is drawn to cover the upper portion of a container 1 and fixed to both the side walls 1A, 1B of the container. The edges extending from the front and rear walls 1C, 1D of the container are fixed only after the cutting of the film. Then the film is subject to the thermal contraction process. In this packing method, the preliminary fixation of the film to the side walls is carried out at a relatively low temperature and the final one after cutting of the film at a high temperature. Namely, by a wide sealing at a high temperature for the final fixation, the preliminary fixation can be reinforced and the falling portion 4a produced by the cutting of the film can be fixed completely and beautifully.

摘要： PURPOSE:To effect high-efficient loading without damaging solid substance by providing a guide member moving up and down above the meter supporting solid substance container and by making it possible to switch the speed of feeding of solid substance conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Feeding of solid substance M from first conveyor is initiated when the lowest emitting portion 46A of guide member 46, which is lowered into container 3 after it is sent onto the meter, is detected in the container 3. Since the fed amount is being weighed by meter 1 and guide 46 rises in accordance with the weighing signal, feeding is effected under the condition of low head drop. Further, by the action of double clutch 19, the first conveyor 8, which was running at high loading speed, is switched down into low speed running when the end of loading is approached, and when the feeding of solid substance is stopped by the stopper 45, the third conveyor 14 is activated and precise feeding of unit substance is effected untill the loading is finished.
