摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the idle time and to effectively use a work ship by providing a buoy recovering/installing device and a suspended matter recovering device on a hull and selecting the use as the need arises. SOLUTION: When a buoy 3 is to be installed at the prescribed position, a cover deck is removed from a deck 10, a sinker 5 is installed in a sinker storage recess 27, and a buoy main body 3A is mounted on a mount section with the sinker 5 kept separated. At the target position, the sinker 5 is lowered into the sea from a notch section 27A and installed at an installation section in the nearly vertical state with the buoy 3 kept in neary vertical state. When the buoy 3 is to be replaced, the buoy 3 is lifted on a hull 2 so that the sinker 5 is stored in the sinker storage recess 27 from the notch section 27A, then the buoy main body 3A and the sinker 5 are separately installed. When this ship is to be used as a suspended matter recovering ship, a drum 31 wound with an oil fence is installed on the stern side of the deck 10. A towing boat is cruised to stretch the oil fence on the sea from the stern and surround the necessary range, and an oil skimmer is driven to recover oil.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover floating oil by organically connecting a hull and an oil skimmer. SOLUTION: A non-self-propelling small pontoon 1 with the front side from a longitudinal intermediate part made a double-barrel part 2 is prepared, and an oil skimmer 10 and a net conveyor 11 are arranged in a channel A of the double-barrel part 2 of the pontoon 1. When the floating matters 1 are loaded in a net basket by the conveyor 27, the floating matters 1 can be collected even in a non-navigable narrow water area, and each wind body 42 comprises split wind bodies 42A, 42B which are split into two parts in the ship breadth direction and deviated in the circumferential direction of the horizontal axis 41 by the prescribed angle when each wind body 42 is rotated. The split blade members 42A, 42B hit the water surface with the deviated timing, and the energy when the blade body 42 hit the water surface is halved, and components of the turbine 25 and their fitting parts are reduced in strength, and the amount of the water flow W is not reduced.

The switching device 8 comprises a pair of hydraulic opening/closing cylinder device 9, and a hydraulic pump device which is installed on the catamaran hull 3 and drives the opening/closing cylinder device 9, and when the hydraulic pump device is driven and a rod of the opening/closing cylinder device is expanded, the guide body 5 is turned around the perpendicular shaft member 7 and opened forward of the bow part of the body 4, and the floating matters 1 can be guided between the bodies 4 through navigation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit the launching operation of a caisson in a short time by a method in which a deck part is raised to the level of a float and floated on the sea surface, the production of a caisson is started, and the caisson is towed to a setting position and settled on the bottom. CONSTITUTION:A deck part 12 is raised to the level of a float 10 and floated on the sea surface, and the production of a caisson C is started. As the production proceeds, the caisson C separated from the float 10 by its bouyancy is launched on the sea surface, and the deck part 12 is separated from legs 11. The caisson C and the float 10 are towed to a setting position and the legs are settled on the bottom. The float 10 is then lifted up above the sea surface and the settling operation of the caisson C is made by using the float 10 as a scaffold. After the completion of the operation, the float 10 is lifted up and removed. The float 10 can be strengthened and can be used as scaffold for operations during the settling period of the caisson C.
