    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide guide cylinder for guiding an intermediate portion of a pin pulling rod to guide even a thinner pin pulling rod for pulling a thinner stack pin in order to execute stable pin pulling. SOLUTION: The end portion of a guide cylinder 18a is provided with a printed circuit board clamping surface 18b, and this printed circuit board clamping surface 18b is provided with a rod end portion guide cylinder 18 having the rod end portion guide hole 19 for guiding the end portion of the pin pulling rod 6. A slide guide cylinder 20, which guides the intermediate portion of pin pulling rod 6 while it is pushed by the pin pulling rod 6 during the pin pulling operation and it is moved in the same direction, is provided slidable within the rod end portion guide cylinder 18. Moreover, a spring 21, which is energized in a direction to returning the slide guide cylinder 20 to the stand-by position, is provided between the printed circuit board clamping surface 18b and slide guide cylinder 20. In addition, a stopper member 22, which holds the slide guide cylinder 20 to the stand-by position against the spring 21 by supporting it toward the rod end portion guide cylinder, is also provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply many drills without providing a special drill supply device on the outside of a printed board drilling device. SOLUTION: This drilier is provided with a drill retaining device, composed of a pair of straight line guiding means 15 arranged so as to be opposite with each other in the lower surface of the arranged position of the pallet 11 of a table 2, a bracket 16 movably supported by the guiding means 15, and a cylinder 17 for moving the bracket in a direction same as the moving direction of a table; and a pallet 11A, retaining plural drills 13A, is arranged in the brancket 16 too. In replacing a drill 13A, the pallet 11A, arranged in the lower surface of the table 2, is pushed out from the table 2 to replace the drill 13A; and at the time of drilling work or the maintenance work for a spindle unit, the pallet 11A is housed in the lower surface of the table 2 to supply many drills, and to improve accessibility at the time of maintenance work for the spindle unit.

    • PURPOSE:To receive and give a tool directly between a spindle and a tool holding device by pressing down a required tool holding member up to a position where the spindle comes into no interference with the tool of another tool holding member to receive and give the tool. CONSTITUTION:When a spindle 11 holding a tool 14 which has completed required machining moves to a position where the tool 14 and a tool post 23 face each other by relative movement to a table 3 and a slider 6 and is positioned, the fluid passage 36 of a cylinder 33 is made to communicate with the atmosphere and a piston 37 is raised, so that the tool post 23 is pressed down, and the ring 15 of the tool 14 held on the spindle 11 is supported to open the chuck 13 of the spindle 11 and release the tool 14, giving the tool 14 to the tool post 23. Then the spindle 11 rises, and at the same time, compressed air is supplied to the fluid passages 34, 36, the piston 37 of the cylinder 33 is pressed down to a standby position to move a table 3 and the slider 6 and move a spindle 111 above the tool 14 to be used next.
