摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the image with high quality and having a less tendency for falling the image density by supplying a ferrite carrier and a magnetic toner in a prescribed mixing ratio to a developing agent periodically. CONSTITUTION:When the electrostatic charging image formed on a selenium drum is developed using the developing agent composed of a mixture of the ferrite carrier and the magnetic toner by means of a magnetic brushing method. The ferrite carrier has 2-7X10 OMEGA.cm of volume resistivity and 74-149mum of a particle size distribution. The magnetic toner contains a polyester resin and 60wt% of the magnetic powder having saturation magnetization of 80-85emu/g. The ferrite and magnetic toner mixture having the compounding ratio of (1/28)-(1/24) is supplied to the developing agent periodically. As a fixing resin, polyester resin is necessary to use from view points of the fixing and the offset resisting properties. The non-linear polyester resin which is formed by one or more kinds of polyols and one or more kinds of polycarboxylic acid is more preferable.

When pressurized air is introduced from a clamp side air introducing port 130 arranged in the outside housing 111, the air reaches the sliding surface 134 through an air supply passage 131, an annular groove 132 of the inside housing 121 and an air supply passage 133. In the sliding surface 134, the air reaches a pushing-out space 137 through an air supply passage 136 regardless of a phase of rotation by an annular groove 135 of the outer peripheral surface of the inside holding body 121, and the air pushes out the movable holding bodies 124, 125 having a taper in the end part, so that a sleeve is gripped.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable uniform dispersion and to prevent fogging by forming a preliminary mixture of a resin material and another material low in compatibility with the former by melting them and again melting the mixture together with other constituent materials to mix them in these 2 steps. CONSTITUTION:The binder resin material is properly selected in accordance with the fixing system to be used and this resin material is melted together with the material low in compatibility with this in advance to form the preliminary mixture and this is again melted with the other constituent materials to mix them. As this poorly compatible material, polyolefin, such as polypropylene or polyethylene, and an electric charge controller are enumerated, thus permitting a toner high in uniformity and not causing fog to be effectively obtained by these twice melting processes.

摘要： PURPOSE:To surely perform the replenishing of toner through one action with a simple structure by detaching a projection part from a guiding groove so that a cylindrical cartridge having a toner flowing-out port which extends in a longitudinal direction on its outer peripheral surface can rotate when said cartridge is inserted into a cartridge housing part along the guiding groove. CONSTITUTION:In case of performing the operation of replenishing the toner, the projection 15 provided on a flange 13 is inserted into the guiding groove 17 formed on the cartridge housing part 1a provided on the upper part of a toner box 1 after peeling off a seal material 19 which seals the aperture part 11 of the toner cartridge. When the large diameter part on the end part of a flange 12 is inserted into the cartridge housing part 1a until the former collides with the latter, the projection 15 is detached from the guiding groove 17. By turning a knob 14 after inserting the projection part into the innermost end, the cartridge is rotated and the toner is supplied from the aperture 11 into the toner box 1. Thus, the replenishing the toner can be smoothly performed with a simple operation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prepare a print master simply by a method wherein, after an insulation layer is provided selectively on an electroconductive sheet and electrified, a magnetic toner containing specific dye is stuck and fisced thereto and the dye is transferred to an image-receiving surface by sticking the layer thus prepared fast to the surface. CONSTITUTION:The insulation layer 1 having a form corresponding to an image to be printed is formed of resin, such as epoxy resin, on the electroconductive or semielectroconductive sheet 2 made of paper or the like. After the layer is electrified by an electrifying means 3, the eletroconductive magnetic toner 6 having at least one kind of dye which can be sublimed or evaporated at the temperature of 70-260 deg.C in the inside and/or on the surface thereof is stuck on to the surface of the layer by means of magnetic brushes 4 and 5 and then is fisced thereon. An image surface thus obtained is stuck fast on to the image-receiving surface and heated at the temperature higher than the sublimation or evaporation temperature of the dye, thus the image-receving surface is dyed.

Here, it is desirable that the rho value of the abovementioned toner be about 10 OMEGAcm or over.
