摘要： PURPOSE:To quickly make an operation planing satisfying various condition required for the operation of a water guiding/feeding system for waterworks. CONSTITUTION:Various conditions necessary for planning are set up (31) and a distribution plan is calculated by formulating it as a miminum cost flow problem (32). The minimum cost flow to be calculated is the one satisfying only the conditions of substance storage and the upper and lower limits of a water storage amount and a flow rate. Thus the minimum cost flow can be quickly calculated by a mathematical programming. However the minimum cost flow can not be applied to practical operation due to the generation of large time variation in the flow rate, so that the answer is improved mainly by smoothing the flow rate so that other conditions required for operation are satisfied (33). An operation planner judges a planned value obtained by the processing (34), and at the time of judging it as an unsuitable one, repeats the processing again by changing set conditions.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate high speed detection of welding error at a soldered part detecting oscillation noise through oscillation of printed circuit board on which parts are mounted, and compares the oscillation noised of normal soldered part and abnormal soldered part with each other. CONSTITUTION:A printed circuit board 2 is fixed on an oscillation part 1 and oscillated up and down. When a soldered part is soldered well a lead terminal 9 oscillates together with the board 2, but when the terminal 9 is set apart and soldering error is generated the terminal 9 is brought into contact with the substrate 2 to generate the contact noise to show the soldering error clearly. It is thus possible to judge connection error at the soldered part by generating oscillation noise from the connection error part of solder 10 on the board 2, and detecting the minute noise by an oscillation noise detector 3 arranged on a matrix.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the entire deformation of a fan having specific vane ratio area, by guiding a ring-shaped reinforcing rib into a vane fixing drum while distributing the tensile stress applied at the root of vane entirely to the bass section. CONSTITUTION:In a direct-couple radiator cooling fan where the rotation of fan will increase with the rotation of engine and equipped with a fan having vane ratio area of 0.14-0.20 for cooling a car engine, a ring type reinforcing rib 6 is guided into a drum 3 and the boss section 2 is constructed of another rib 7 which connects said rib 6 with a drum 3. Consequently unique tensile stress produced by large vanes can be distributed to the drum 3, ring type reinforcing rib 6 and the coupling rib 7 thereby the deformation of the vane height can be reduced even during high temperature high speed rotation.
