CONSTITUTION:A division target rectangle selection processing which finds out the rectangle with the required number M of division >=2, and the rectangle division processing which divides the rectangle selected by the division target rectangle selection processing in a longitudinal direction so that certain quantity distributed when the required number M of division shows an even number as M/2:M/2, and in such a case, sets the area information of the rectangle and the required number M/2 of division at each of the newly generated rectangles, and divides the rectangle in the longitudinal direction so that the certain quantity distributed in the rectangle can be set as (M+1)/2:(M-1)/2 when the required number M of division shows an odd number, and sets the area information and the required number of division at each of the newly generated rectangles are performed alternately. Thereby, it is possible to divide the rectangle fitting in the arranging schedule of the supply base, etc.

Moreover, this system is equipped with an each supplying source demand amount evaluating processing 5 which judges whether the demand amount which is undertaken by each supplying source is excess, appropriate, or lower for each supplying source, and a distance re-evaluating processing 7 which increases the distance to the supplying source stored in each small area when the demand amount which is undertaken by the corresponding supplying source is excess, and decreases the distance when the demand amount is lower. Then, the processing from the above mentioned each supplying source demand amount calculating processing 4 to the distance re-evaluating processing 7 is repeated.
