    • PURPOSE:To improve thermal resistance, anti-corrosion and quality and to reduce manufacturing processes by forming a nozzle hole which faces to a high temperature and high pressure gas in a single sleeve made of a heat- resisting material and by assembling a nozzle unit by inserting the sleeve in the hole of a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A screen nozzle is made of a copper system material and is assembled by inserting a sleeve 5 made of a heat-resisting material in a nozzle 1 which is a single plate member. In the sleeve 5, a nozzle hole is formed with a throat inlet 2 which has a diameter reducing tapered region 2a, a throat 3 and part of a diameter increasing tapered outlet in sequence. In this case, the points for which you must be most careful are to prevent the turbulence of a gas by making the center of the throat 3 and the center of the diameter increasing tapered outlet 4 in the same axis and the surface of the diameter increasing tapered outlet smoothly continuous and to keep airtight to prevent the flow of the high pressure gas through the inserting surfaces of the nozzle 1 and the sleeve 5 from a high temperature and high pressure side to a low pressure side. For this purpose, a taper 6 is provided at the end of the sleeve 5 and in the inserting hole of the nozzle.

    • PURPOSE: To enable a heating of ultra low temperature body such as cryo-panel with a low cost blower by a method wherein a flow of bypassed gas at the outlet port of a heater device to the inlet port of a circulation machine is adjusted in reference to a temperature at the inlet port of the circulation machine.
      CONSTITUTION: In the bypass line 7 are provided a thermo-control valve 8 and a thermo-regulator 9 for use in sensing a temperature at the inlet port of the blower and controlling the same. In case that a low temperature gas just after starting a heating operation is flowed into the gas blower inlet port, the thermo-control valve 8 is opened, a high temperature gas at the outlet port of the heater 2 is returned back to the inlet port of the blower 1 so as to increase the temperature at the inlet port of the blower 1. As the temperature of the cryo-panel 3 is increased, a temperature of the return gas is also increased and then a flow rate of the bypassing gas is decreased.

    • PURPOSE:To make the construction of a deep layer aeration tank simple and reduce power consumption by providing an air blow port to the upper part of a descending pipe, and connecting the lower part of the descending pipe to one end of an aeraion chamber which is alternately formed with plural pieces of ascending parts and descending parts. CONSTITUTION:The treating liquid supplied through a treating liquid inlet 12 to the lower part in an ascending pipe 1 ascends in the pipe 1, and during the time while it desends together with the air blown through an air blow pipe 11 in a descending pipe 2, air is dessolved in the liquid. Thence, the liquid enters an aerate chamber 3 from the lower part of the pipe 2, and after it repeats the ascending in ascending parts 4 and the descending in desending parts 5, it enters a deaeration part 6, where it is deaerated. Further, while it is maintained of the level constant, it is withdrawn by a circulating pump 8 and is circulated to the pipe 1 through a circulating line 10. When the above-described circulation is repeated, the aeration treatment is accomplished, and the treated liquid is withdrawn through a treated liquid outlet 13.
