      SOLUTION: The gas turbine includes: a gas turbine compressor 23 compressing air; the combustor 22 mixing and burning air with the liquid fuel 5 compressed by a gas turbine compressor 23 to generate combustion gas 25; a turbine 26 driven by the combustion gas 25 generated by the combustor 22; and a means for supplying the atomization air 4 atomizing the liquid fuel 5. The gas turbine further includes a mixer 2 supplying water to the atomization air 4, and atomization mixed fluid 6 as fluid from the mixer 2 is supplied to the combustor 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use thermal energy of humid steam containing heavy oil and post-heat-exchange water.
      SOLUTION: The electric power generating system using a heavy oil burning gas turbine is provided with a heavy oil heat exchanger, a reformer, a gas turbine, and a boiler. The heavy oil heat exchanger heats the heavy oil with steam, and the reformer separates a fluid mixture of the heated heavy oil and water into a reformed fuel and residue oil. The gas turbine is driven by the reformed fuel discharged from the reformer, and the boiler generates steam by heating water by waste heat gas discharged from the gas turbine. The electric power generating system using the heavy oil burning gas turbine is also provided with a gas-liquid separator, a steam compressor, and a supply system. The gas-liquid separator separates the humid steam, which is generated after the heavy oil has been heated by the heavy oil heat exchanger, into dry steam and water. The dry steam separated by the gas-liquid separator is supplied to the steam compressor, and the supply system resupplies the dry steam pressurized by the steam compressor to the heavy oil heat exchanger.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy oil reforming device operated under proper reforming conditions to continuously produce reformate with desired quality when the reformate is produced from heavy oils different in composition.
      SOLUTION: The heavy oil reforming apparatus includes a reforming apparatus 9 bringing fluid mixture, which is prepared by mixing high-temperature high-pressure water 1a with the high-temperature high-pressure heavy oils together, into a reaction under a reaction condition of high temperature and high pressure to produce the reformate 51a, a reformate analyzer 17 measuring absorbance of the reformate produced by the reforming apparatus, a computing apparatus computing asphaltene concentration in the reformate based on the measured absorbance, and a controller 21 having an operation command computing apparatus computing a command signal based on comparison between the asphaltene concentration and a set point defining the range of desired quality. When at least one of a supply amount of the water, heating quantity of the water, a supply amount of the heavy oils, and heating quantity of the heavy oils is controlled based on the command signal from the operation command computing apparatus, properties of the reformate produced by the reforming apparatus is regulated to the range of the desired quality.
