摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a substrate from being affected by the PN separation bonding process by providing a substrate current compensating circuit having the same characteristic as the leakage characteristic of a main current amplifier circuit to the pre-stage of the main current amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION:The main current amplification circuit 8 has a characteristic where a part of an input current leaks to the substrate 1, the said characteristic is attained by two lateral PNP transistors (TRs) Q1, Q2, and when lateral PNP TRs of the same characteristic as that of the TRs Q1, Q2 are used as a TRQ8 of a substrate current compensating circuit 7, since the current to the TRs Q3 is nearly equal to the current to the TRs Q1, Q2, the leakage current of the TRQ8 to the substrate 1 is nearly equal to that of the TRs Q1, Q2 and the more the current amplification factor R2/R1 is increased, the less the effect of the leakage current ISUB to the substrate 1 becomes.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a ground-fault detecting circuit suited for formation of the semiconductor integrated circuit, by generating the voltage proportional to the battery line current based on the reference voltage set previously and then comparing the voltage with the voltage proportional to the ground current. CONSTITUTION:When the hook switch of the telephone TEL is turned on, the loop current flows from the ground G' and via the ground line B, TEL, battery line A and battery VBB each. And if the line A has a ground-fault with the resistance RG' due to occurrence of the fault, the ground current flows in addition to the loop current. And thus the battery line current IA becomes larger than the ground line current IB. The current/voltage converting circuit consisting of the transistor TrQ0 and resistances R10 plus R11 generates the voltage proportional to the current IA via the base of the TrQ1 and based on the reference power source VREF. And the voltage proportional to the current IB is generated at the base of the TrQ2 via the resistance R10'. The TrQ1 and Q2 from the voltage comparator. And when the current IA becomes larger than the current IB by the source VREF and by an amount equivalent to the current value set previously, the TrQ1 is turned on to give an inversion to the output of the voltage comparator. Thus the ground-fault detection is carried out.

摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure an easy formation of IC for the loop detecting circuit which is used for the subscriber circuit of the telephone switchboard or the like, by detecting the current loop from the sum of the earth line current and the battery line current. CONSTITUTION:The transistor TRQ0 plus the resistances R11 and R12 form the circuit which generates the voltage proportional to the battery line current based on the earth. On the other hand, the sum of the voltage proportional to the battery line current and the earth line current is generated at the base of the TRQ1 by the resistances R12 and R10'. As a result, the loop current flows and thus the base potential of the TRQ1 drops less than the reference voltage applied to the TRQ2. Thus the TRQ1 is turned on. Accordingly, the TRQ3 and Q4 are turned on, and the loop detection output is reversed to perform the loop detection. Here, both the resistances R11 and R12 must be selected to a sufficiently high level each to reach several KOMEGA. Thus the IC formation can be facilitated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To avoid the saturation of semiconductor elements for reception due to in-phase noise, by suppressing the in-phase noise produced on a subscriber line before the detection of a signal at a subscriber terminal, in the subscriber circuit of an exchange. CONSTITUTION:An in-phase noise suppression circuit 30 detects in-phase noise only in components of voltages VA, VB at terminals A, B from a subscriber line 50, and controls current supply circuits 10, 20 and sufficiently suppresses the in-phase noise so as to decrease the impedance of the circuits 10, 20. Thus, the peak value of the voltages VA, VB produced at the terminals A, B can be suppressed to the range of unsaturation voltage of a differential signal reception circuit 40 receiving a subscriber signal. The circuit 40 individually detects a balanced signal VL of the subscriber terminal signal as the voltage at the terminals A, B and transmits it as an unbalanced signal Vr through voltage summation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To protect an electronic current supply circuit from an overvoltage, by providing a means, which controls the current supply to terminals, and a means, which detects the overvoltage to control the turn-on/off of the current supply and prevents the reverse current from a subscriber's line to the current supply circuit, between lines of subscribers. CONSTITUTION:In the telephone exchange system, a current is supplied from an exchange (c) to the telephone set of a subscriber terminal (a) through a subscriber's line (b) consisting of lines A and B. In the normal operation, the potential at a point A'' of a current supply circuit 1 is 0-VBB volt, and the potential at a point B'' is 0-VBB/2 volt. When an overvoltage is applied to lines A and B, potentials of lines A' and B' in the exchange are restrained to 200- 400V by the clamp function of a triode discharge tube GL, and the overvoltage is not transmitted to the current supply circuit 1 by diodes 8 and 9 of a reverse current preventing rectifier couple 3. Points A'' and B'' are monitored by an overvoltage detecting circuit 2; and when potential at these points become a positive voltage or a voltage lower than VBB/2, the current supply circuit 1 is controlled to be turned off by the detection output.
