摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repeatedly bend a bar stock even in a horizontal plane with a simple structure, to cope with various dimensional change of the bar stock, and to provide excellent correction accuracy and quality. SOLUTION: Correction rollers 2, 3 are fitted to a roller shaft 23 through sleeves 21, 22. The correction roller 2 is held at the position in the axial direction of the roller relative to a bearing box 4, while the correction roller 3 is advanced/retracted to/from the bearing box 4 in the axial direction by the effect of a motor, a worm wheel 38, and a screw 37. The clearance between the correction rollers 2, 3 is adjusted. The bearing boxes 4, 5 are fixed to a slider, and a roller assembly is moved in the axial direction of the roller as the slider is moved by a motor and a worm reduction gear.

SOLUTION: A wide flange shape 11 rolled by a rolling mill is carried into an inlet side table, while a web is brought into contact with #1, #2 horizontal rollers from up/down, a flange part is pressed from outside with a vertical roller 13 arranged to a bearing box of the #2 horizontal roller to be subjected fine rolling. Further, after warp/bending is straightened by #3-#9 horizontal rollers, the wide flange shape is carried out by an outlet side table. At this time, a #0 lower horizontal roller is used to take out straightening reaction of the #3-#19 horizontal rollers. Thus, fine rolling and straightening are simultaneously conducted, improvement of efficiency and productivity are made possible.

The reference position of each position detector is stored in a control panel. Rolling reduction is calculated for each straightening roller based on the reference position, with only the necessary part manipulated by an actuator, thus setting positions of each straightening roller.

The outputs thereof are inputted and synthesized in a signal processing device 2 and the result is displayed on a display device 3. Therefore not only the temperature distribution of the top surface of the skelp but also that of the surfaces can be measured highly accurately, and the product quality can be improved.
