    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise stationary induction apparatus which effectively controls a oscillation transmission from tank side panels to an oscillation suppressing steel plate for sound shielding, has a low cost and a simple construction. SOLUTION: This stationary induction apparatus is provided with a main unit and an insulating medium 2 constituted of an iron core, a coil and so on, a tank 3 for containing the main unit 1 and the insulating medium 2, a plurality of reinforced stays 4 provided at a constant interval at the outside of the tank side plates 3a, a frame shape attachment member 6 provided on the reinforced stays 4 and a sound shielding plate 5 constituted of a thin steel plate 5a attached with the attachment member 6, an oscillation suppressing steel plate 5b, and a frame shape weight body 5c. In this case oscillation suppressing paint 7a is applied on the surface of the thin steel plate 5a and oscillation suppressing paint 7a is applied on the surface of a bonding part of the attachment member 6 and the attachment member 6 of the tank 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the area for installing a noise insulation plate to sufficiently reduce the noise by installing a second noise insulation plate so as to cover an upper and a lower reinforcing stay formed on the outer surface of a tank and a noise insulation plate. SOLUTION: A U-shaped frame supporting structure 13 is installed in an upper part of an upper reinforcing stay 3. In a lower part of a side plate 2 of a tank 1, a U-shaped frame supporting structure 15 is so installed as to overhang the side plate 2. Then, a second noise insulation plate 12 formed from a damping steel plate which uses the frame supporting structure 13 formed in the upper reinforcing stay 3 as an upper supporting point and the frame supporting structure 15 formed as to overhang the side plate 2 of the tank 1 as a lower supporting point is so installed as to cover the upper and the lower reinforcing stays 3, 4 installed on the outer surface of the tank 1 and a noise insulation plate 11. Accordingly, a sufficient area can be secured for installing a noise insulation plate and thereby the noise can be sufficiently reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when an earth-fault or short-circuit accident occurs in a DC power transmission line dependently on a self-/inter-inductance relation of a transformer winding, in an HVDC, there may be cases that a DC accident current may also flow to a primary winding of a transformer, namely, to an AC system side as a zero-phase DC current.SOLUTION: A power conversion device is provided which comprises a three-phase transformer including at least four three-phase windings, and three converter arms formed by connecting in series one or more unit converters each including a switching element and an energy storage element. In the power conversion device, a power source or a load is connected to a first three-phase winding of the transformer, three serial circuits of second and third three-phase windings of the transformer and the converter arms are connected in parallel, and a parallel connection point is used as a DC terminal. The power conversion device is characterized in that a magnitude relation of a coupling coefficient between the first three-phase winding and the second and third three-phase windings is equal to a magnitude relation of a coupling coefficient between a fourth three-phase winding and the second and third three-phase windings.
