    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a graphic user interface which can search and display various kinds of data of many facilities in a large-scale system with less screen hopping and simple operations. SOLUTION: When 'SYSTEM MONITOR' is selected, an electric power station tree diagram display screen 401 and a monitored data display screen 402 are displayed, and the latter is divided into a monitored data list screen 402-1 and a particularly-monitored data display screen 402-2. Electric power station selecting TAB (4)-1 and data selecting TAB (4)-3 are each provided on the display screens 401, 402. When 'SYSTEM' is selected in the selecting TAB (4)-1, an electric station tree diagram (4)-2 grouped (controlled in a folder) in accordance with the connection of systems is displayed from the upper rank of voltage classes. For example, when an arbitrary electric station (500 kV-A1s/s) is selected in the electric station tree diagram (4)-2 and 'TM' is selected in the data selecting TAB (4)-3, the list of TM data of the A1s/s is displayed on the screen 402-1. By selecting the data of an arbitrary line from the list, a trend graph is displayed on the screen 402-2. The selecting TABs (4)-1, (4)-3 can each be selected independently.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain the voltage of a distribution system within a proper range when a dispersed power supply is connected to the distribution system and operated. CONSTITUTION:Dispersed power supplies 9a, 9b are connected to a distribution line 7b directly or through an AC converter 10. A voltage time waveform V2 and a current time waveform I2 in the vicinity of the node of the distribution line 7b and a current time waveform Id2 delivered between the distribution line 7b and the dispersed power supply 9b are detected by a voltage sensor 11 and current sensors 12, 13 and taken into a conatroller 14 at the time of the dispersed power supply 9b. A voltage value on the secondary side, the distribution system side, of a transformer 3 for the distribution of electrical energy is also detected by a voltage sensor 17 and taken into the controller 14. The controller 14 controls the dispersed power supplies 9a, 9b or the AC converter 10 on the basis of these input information. Accordingly, the voltage of a distribution system can be maintained within a proper range.

    • PURPOSE:To relieve a tension on an operator by using a chair which is vibrated, rotated and is changed in its posture in accordance with data relating to an operating condition of a plant and to mental and physiological conditions of the operator. CONSTITUTION:An operating condition of a plant 1 to be monitored and controlled is displayed on a monitor screen on a panel in front of an operator who is setting on a chair 4. Arms 5 which are incorporated to the chair are effective for stabilizing the posture of the operator, and further, suitable appliances provided to the chair are also effective for controlling the plant and for controlling the chair itself. The chair is set on a pedestal 3 so as to take motions such as vibration, rotation and the like. A computing and processing device 2 receives an operating condition of the plant and data relating to mental and physiological conditions of the operator, and delivers instructions for driving the chair in longitudinal vibration, rotation or the like. The computing an processing device 2 is arranged independently, or is disposed in the chair 4, the pedestal 3 or the front panel, similar to the monitor screen. The operating condition of the plant 1 is turned into an oscillation of the chair of the like, and accordingly, if the operator has only a bodily sensation of the rhythm of the oscillation, it is not necessary for the operator to always watch screens on the panel.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate highly precisely a section load based on a limited measured information. SOLUTION: The condition estimating method consists in measuring an electric current Is(t) supplied from a distribution line 210, computing the load current estimated value I1'(t), I2'(t) and dispersion ΔI1'(t), ΔI2'(t) of each section based on the estimated value Nj(t) and its estimated accuracy ΔNj(t) of diurnal load variation characteristics by the classification of consumers included in each section i, finding the estimated value Is'(t) of the supplied current by integrating a load current estimated value of each section, and finding a compensating value of each section by distributing the deviation between the measured value and estimated value of the supplied current among sections based on the dispersion ΔI1'(t), ΔI2'(t), thereby correcting the load current estimated value of each section by the compensating value of each section so that the load current or power in each section is estimated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high precise state estimation of a distribution system by adequately processing calculation and correction of the section power flow-in value which is the total sum of a plurality of power flow-in in a section, about each section. SOLUTION: This state estimation equipment of distribution system distributes the measured value of power to be sent to each section of a distribution line where a distribution system is divided. A means 110 calculates dispersion (distribution) of flow-in power in each section, on the basis of sample information of power value in each section or measured information of specially high consumers. A means 140 obtains an initial value and a correction ratio of the power in each section on the basis of the dispersion, and calculates a correction value of the power of each section. A means 115 obtains a flow-in power by adding the correction value to the initial value, and estimates the power to be sent out. A means 520 obtains mismatch between the estimated value of the power to be sent out and a practically measured value. When the mismatch is larger than a specified value, process is repeated by setting the estimated value as an initial value.
