摘要： PURPOSE:To transfer data between internal and external input/output devices just with one instruction by arranging the internal input/output device in an input/output address space and an internal memory and the external input/output device in a memory address space respectively. CONSTITUTION:When a CPU 1 outputs an IORD signal, an address decoder part 6 activates a CS for an internal input/output device 3 since the device 3 is set at a prescribed input/output address by the part 6. Thus data are read out of the device 3. Then the CPU 1 outputs a MEWR signal to an interface 4 and then a prescribed address signal to a memory address decoder 7 via signal lines A14 and 15 respectively. An internal memory 2 and an external input/output device 5 are set at each prescribed memory address by the decoder 7. Therefore, the decoder 7 activates a SEL of an interface 4 when a prescribed address signal is supplied for selection of the device 5. Thus data are written into the device 5 from the device 3 via the interface 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To continuously record and reproduce a video signal even when a part broken by a sample mark occurs in the video signal by executing a signal processing for a video signal time base and the synchronization of a horizontal synchronizing signal to the sample mark. CONSTITUTION:Since a servo area and a recording area are separated at the time of recording the video signal on an optical disk by using a sample servo system in order to record the video signal, the interference between a recording signal and a servo signal never occurs, and further, since an offset never occurs in a detecting system for an error signal in a tracking servo, the video signal can be recorded and reproduced under a stable servo system. Moreover, since the video signal is synchronized with the sample mark for the servo, even when a track jumping is executed at an arbitrary position, the track jumping hardly influences a picture, and further, plural still pictures can be displayed simultaneously only by executing the track jumping.

CONSTITUTION:Since the data track of an optical disk 11 in the sampled servo system consists of preformat parts 116 and 118 and a data area 117, the data area 117 is detected as a part other than preformat parts 116 and 118 at the time of detecting preformat parts 116 and 118 and the recording condition can be checked with respect to only the data area 117. The light beam is turned back and is moved in the radial direction for each sector to check at least one position of each of all sectors in the area to be checked. Since the sector is a minimum unit of information signal recording, the signal is recorded in the data area in each sector overall or is not recorded there at all. Thus, the recording state of the area to be checked is surely detected in a short time.

CONSTITUTION:In the case that a character is displayed on the display device 37, the access of a character generator 35 is executed by a controller 36 according to a character code stored in a refresh memory 34 to the display timing of the device 37. Then, a display signal is outputted. The character is displayed by making the number of the display characters many on the display device of high image resolution and few on the display device of low image resolution. Therefore, even in the case that the display image resolution of the display devices connected to a display device is different, the display can be executed by the number of the display characters according to the display image resolution of the display devices with the aid of the constitution of the identical character dots. Thus, the character data for display is displayed on a screen without deteriorating the quality thereof.

To an MPU 7, a parameter for a filter characteristic from a controller 70 through a data bus 3. Based on the parameter, the MPU 7 controls the SCF 6 and an oscillator 5, changes the filter characteristic of the SCF 6 and always the motor 8 becomes the optimum rotation condition, in accordance with the error signal from the phase comparator 4.

CONSTITUTION:A sample servo system is employed as the servo system and the recording start position of a still picture and the recording start position of the succeeding still picture are recorded while being deviated in the circumferential direction of an optical disk. That is the still picture to be recorded is written till an address mark 304 over one track from an address mark 301 and its index picture is recorded from the address mark 304. The recorded index pattern is, as shown A in a figure, occupies 1/5, for example, of the track. Then the still picture desired to be recorded next is written while the phase of a vertical synchronizing signal is made coincident with the address mark 302 and the index information of the still picture is recorded thereafter. The recording system is repeated to record the still picture for 5 screens and its index picture as just 6 tracks.
