摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the space and suppress the cost by setting a motor-driven blower in a plurality of power consuming conditions, and allowing a single display element in a display circuit to make display with different hues according to the power consuming condition at the time. CONSTITUTION:The power consumption, the amount of dust in a vacuum cleaner, etc., are judged, and a microcomputer 10 controls the power consumed by a motor-driven, blower 8. A display circuit 21 has a multi-color light emitting element 22 which varies the hue and is controlled by drive circuits 23, 24 in conformity to signals given by the microcomputer 10. When a fuzzy switch of operating switches in a hose at-hand part is pushed, a hose at-hand circuit 17 transmits a signal to the microcomputer 10, and the drive circuit 23 sends current only to the c-a electrodes in between of display element 22, and a light emitting element gives a green indication. When an 'intense' switch is pushed, current flows only to the c-b electrodes in between of the display element 22 to generate a red indication solely and when a static switch is pushed, current flows to both c-a and c-b to generate green and red indications resulting in appearing as orange.

CONSTITUTION:An air suction port 4 is disposed on a front surface 5, an air discharge port 6 is disposed behind a circular-arc-shaped bottom 7, and a back surface 10 is so disposed to be mounted on a wall 11 that the upper surface 8 of a body cabinet 1 is disposed substantially parallel with a ceiling surface 9 in the cabinet 1. The bottom 7 of the cabinet 1 is raised upward from the surface 10 side toward the surface 5 side. Thus, the entire bottom 7 is gradually contracted toward the surface 9. In this manner, an oppressive sensation of the cabinet 1 can be alleviated and a visually thin impression can be strengthened.

In the case of the cursor inputting mode, the cursor is moved by the keys (2) 202, (4) 204, (6) 206 and (8) 208. Also, a key (5) 205 decides the current position of the cursor, acquires a character corresponding to the cursor position and shows an acquired character on the screen 200.

Since the operation display section is provided to the cover, a wide entrance/exit for washings is obtained and cordless power supply and 2-way data communication between the operation display section and the washing machine main body are attained and, since no electric connection wire is required for a rotating part, defective operation due to a broken wire or water leakage thereat is not caused.
