The plate 11 is arranged while inclined at a specified angle to the normal of the water level. Tracing processing is executed from the start point of calculation along the boundary of the side of the plate 11 or the inclined auxiliary plate which is segmented from an input picture and the disappearing position or bent point of the boundary is determined as water level position on the input picture.

    • PURPOSE: To make the toll collecting processing of a toll road into a non- stopping and unmanned system by storing the information of a vehicle obtained from a vehicle inspection sheet in a ROM and user individual information in an IC card loaded on an on-vehicle transponder. CONSTITUTION: The ROE 14 generated by a specific institute 38 is mounted by fixing on the transponder 10 loaded on the vehicle 9, and an insertion port for a freely inserted/extraced IC card 15 is provided on the transponder.
