摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet for housing electronic component, which can surely conduct locking of a cover opening and closing of it, and is easy to have the cover opened and closed. SOLUTION: A fixed plate 9, provided vertically movably on an opening - closing operating plate 6, is moved vertically by an operation button 5 and fitted into a lock groove 11b of a cover 1 to lock the operating plate 6 from moving transversally, and a fixed pin attached to a cabinet 10 is fitted into a lock fixture which is attached to the cover 1 and interlocked with the transversal movement of the opening - closing operating plate 6 to lock the cover 1 from vertically moving, thus forming a double lock structure.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an error of movement information from increasing even if GPS satellites are switched by comparing GPS movement information with predicted values of GPS movement information calculated one period before and performing filtering based on GPS movement information corrected with the difference thereof. SOLUTION: A GPS receiver 14 operates the position and the speed (referred to GPS movement information) of a mobile object at a positioning coordinate group based on a selected GPS satellite group. If the combination of GPS satellites changes during positioning causing variation in satellite switching information, a GPS movement information correcting section 15 calculates the difference between the GPS movement information and predicted values of GPS movement information calculated when a filter is updated one period before and stores it as a GPS movement information correction value data base 17. The GPS movement information is then corrected with the GPS movement information correction value and delivered to a movement analyzing section 16. Since the corrected GPS movement information is matched apparently with the mobility of a mobile object, subsequent filtering can be sustained stably at a filtering section 19.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize a reproduction time of video information attended with reproduction by a VTR with a reproduction time attended with reproduction of pseudo video image information. SOLUTION: An analog video image by reproduction of a VTR 23 is displayed on a display device 13 and a tape counter 25 counts a reproduction drive distance of a magnetic tape 24 when the VTR 23 reproduces the image. On the other hand, a CPU 15 receives positioning information measured by a GPS receiver from a database 21, generates a pseudo video image based on this information and displays it on a screen of a display device 11. In this case the CPU 15 uses a reproduction time of one of the video images displayed on the display devices 11, 13 for a reference time to make the reproduction time of the other video image in matching with the reference time when the reproduction times of the both differ as the processing relating to the reproduction times of the video images displayed on the display devices 11, 13. Then based on the reproduction time in matching with the reference time, the reproduction speed of the VTR 23 is in matching with the reproduction speed of the pseudo video image according to the processing by the CPU 15.
