摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent wear of an elevator car guide roller and generation of cable contacting noise by pressing an elevator control cable in the cable direction on the pit side with the lower part of the car using an arm furnished in the lower part of the car, and making the cable hanging dimension smaller than the free hang dimension. CONSTITUTION:An elevator control cable 2 is installed near the center of gravity of an elevator car 1, and a cable guide device 4 is furnished in the lower part of the car 1 for pressing the cable 2 in the cable direction on the pit side. When the car 1 sinks to get the 1b position, elevator controlling cable 2b is pressed by the cable guide device 4 so that the hanging dimension of the cable is changed, and thereby the car 1b is prevented from touching the cable 2b. Because the risk of the car inclining is eliminated, wear of a car guide roller caused by the car lying eccentrically is precluded.

In this case, a recessed groove 12A-1 is provided in an L position from an outer periphery (wear limit and replacing reference value of the roller 12) in the side face of the roller 12, and by periodically confirming this mark by eyes, its wear is determined and replacing work is carried out.
