    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the emergency stop of elevator due to mischief by detecting whether a door of car is closed or not, whether an elevator is traveling or not and whether the elevator exists in a door opening/closing zone or not, and calling attention with voice and/or a display unit when a passenger is going to forcibly open the door. SOLUTION: A signal (a) is a traveling signal, and a signal (b) is a door opening/closing zone signal, and a signal (c) is a door forcibly opening signal. These signals (a), (b), (c) are processed by an IC 1 of a NOT gate, an IC 2 of an OR gate and an IC 3 of an AND gate, and in the case where an elevator is traveling or exists out of the door opening/closing zone and a door inside the car or a door of a landing is going to be forcibly opened, it is informed by announce 1 or a display unit 3. Similarly, the signals (a), (b), (c) are processed by an IC 4 of the AND gate, and when the door is going to be forcibly opened in the car or the landing during the waiting of the elevator in the door opening/ closing zone, it is informed by announce 2 or a display unit 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a control board for common use for new and old elevators at executing renewal by providing a plurality of door driving motor control systems in a door control device so as to enable the control device to control a plurality of door mechanism control, and performing changeover of the control system with a manual switch. SOLUTION: A control board 24 outputs a door opening/closing command to a microcomputer 19 for controlling a door. This door controlling microcomputer 19 can be changed over according to the used control system by a changeover switch circuit 21. Hence, a changeover signal is input to a base drive circuit 18, a pulse command by the program in a memory 26 is supplied to the base drive circuit 18, output voltage is generated by a switching element 16, and a door driving direct current motor 13 or a three-phase alternating current motor 20 is driven. The base drive circuit 18 is provided with a plurality of, for example, about six AND circuits, they are connected to the respective switching elements 16, and the command of the door controlling microcomputer 19 is received according to the control system. Hence, this door control device can deal with the existing door control device at renewal.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably protect a passenger by eliminating a voltage applied to a motor and a door speed command value for a prescribed period to reduce pinching force applied to the passenger when actual door driving torque exceeds a prescribed value. SOLUTION: When a passenger is pinched by a door, a motor current is increased and a MPU 1 judges that the motor is overloaded and makes a speed command zero to shut an ignition signal of a motor driving element 9 and outputs an overload detection signal 103 to an elevator control device 10. The elevator control device 10 turns off an opening command by the overload detection signal 103 and turns on a closing command. Since the speed command is in the direction of closing and the speed command value is high in the direction of closing, the MPU 1 controls the ignition of the motor driving element 9 such that the speed command value generates the torque in the direction of closing to follow the actual speed of the door, whereby the pinching force to the passenger is reduced, which can protect the passenger with ease and reliability.

CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with an opening end detecting switch 13 for detecting a door in the opening position, a closing end detecting switch 16 for detecting the door in the closing position, an opening and a closing deceleration starting point detecting switches 14, 15 for detecting the door reaching the deceleration starting point at the opening/closing time. When the state of the speed command exceeding the set value and the state of the detected speed being zero continue for the specified time, and moreover, the action starting of either one of the deceleration starting point detecting switches 14, 15 and the closing end detecting switch 16 is detected at the time of the door closing command, and the action starting of either one of the deceleration starting point detecting switches 14, 15 and the opening end detecting switch 13 is detected at the time of the door opening command, the failure of a speed detecting means 11 is discriminated, and a failure signal TB is generated from a failure discrimination processing means.
