摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a stable output by providing an ON period deciding circuit for deciding the ON period of a main switch element and an OFF period deciding circuit for deciding the OFF period at the primary side of a transformer independently, thereby compensating an input change. CONSTITUTION:The primary windings w1 of a transformer 6 and a main switch element 3 are connected in series with a DC power source 5. An OFF period deciding circuit 1 and an ON period deciding circuit 2 are independently provided at the primary side of the transformer 6. The circuit 1 decides the OFF period of a main switch element 3, and the circuit 3 decides the ON period. A starter 4 operates the element 3 when the power source 5 is the prescribed voltage or higher.

摘要： PURPOSE:To magnetize the titled device in the reset direction under a sufficiently high voltage and to obtain highly accurate output control from the maximum output to a no load by winding a spare winding around a saturable reactor and making reset current flow into the winding. CONSTITUTION:The saturable reactor ML is arranged so that a winding nM1 is magnetically coupled with a winding nM2. One end and the other end of the winding nM1 are connected to the negative pole side of the secondary winding n2 of a main transformer T and the negative pole G side of the output side respectively. One end and the other end of the winding nM2 are connected to the negative pole G and the positive pole side of the output terminal through a control switching element QR and reset current ir is made to flow through a course shown by a dashed line. Since the reactor ML is magnetized in the reset direction by the voltage of VOX(the number of times of winding of nM1/the number of times of winding of nM2), the reset of the reactor ML can be completed within a turning-off period even at the maximum on-duty operation of the element QR by selecting the number of times of the windings so that the voltage value coincides with v2-VO.

摘要： PURPOSE:To allow a switching regulator to be adapted for a high frequency and an increased output range by connecting in parallel snubber circuits at both ends of a saturable reactor and a rectifying diode connected in series, thereby constructing to eliminate the flow of the currents of the snubber circuit to the reactor. When a main switch is turned ON so that the reactor ML is magnetized to the saturated range, power is supplied from the secondary winding n2 to a capacitor CF and a load through the reactor ML, the diode D21 and a choke coil LF. The reactor ML is reset by the current controlled by the controller C2 while the main switch element is turned OFF.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control outputs stably over a wide range from the maximum output to no load by resetting a saturable reactor by a sufficiently high voltage induced to a spare winding wound around an output smoothing choke coil. CONSTITUTION:The choke coil LF is constituted of a power supply winding nL1 and a winding nL2 magnetically coupled with the winding nL1. When a main switch element QM is turned off, voltage setting the opposite side to the shown black point to the positive side is induced to the secondary winding n2 of a main transformer T, but is interrupted by a diode D1 and the accumulated energy in the coil LF is discharged through a capacitor CF and a diode D2. At that time, an output voltage VO is applied to the winding nL1, so that the voltage of VOX (nL2/nL1) is induced to the winding nL2. The induced voltage makes reset current ir flow into the reactor ML through a switching element. When the element QM is turned off, the reactor applies voltage at the shown polarity only by a prescribed period by the controlled current ir to interrupt v2.

CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 10 as a voltage suppressor 1 is connected with the secondary side of a main transformer TM. Even if a switching element connected with the primary side of the transformer TM is turned OFF and a voltage is induced at the secondary side of the transformer TM, the voltage charges the capacitor 10. Accordingly, the rate of change of time of the induced voltage decreases. Consequently, the rate of decrease of the current flowed to a diode D1 immediately before the switching element becomes OFF decreases, thereby suppressing the reverse recovery current.

Then, windings 2 and 3 are wound around the magnetic core 1 by a specific number of turns in bifilar winding, cut in prescribed lengths, and soldered, and the wound magnetic core 1 is inserted into a phenol resin case 5 equipped with surface-mount lead terminals 4 and soldered at a prescribed position. Furthermore, a plate 6 is inserted in the upperside of the case 5 and bonded for the formation of a pulse transformer.
