    • PURPOSE:To provide both functions of fluoroscopy and photographing and space and density resolutions which are more effective than the film photographing, by commonly making operational processing on electric signals from a fluoroscopy apparatus and latent image recording device. CONSTITUTION:In the case of fluoroscopy, an image obtained by transmiting the X-ray of an X-ray tube 201 through an object 202 enters into an image intensifier 203 and is picked up by a TV camera 205 through a lens system 204. Then the image is displayed on a display 207 after it is processed by a digital signal processing system 206 and stored in a file for fluoroscopy 208 if required. In the case of photographing, an imaging plate 210 of a high sensitivity and a high resolution is put in front of the intensifier 203 by sliding. After a latent image by the X-ray is formed, the imaging plate 210 returns to the original position and scanned by a laser light 211. The scanned image is converted into electric signals and processed at the processing system 206, and then, stored in a file for photographing 213. Since a high sensitivity imaging plate is used, the difference in the radiation quantity between the fluoroscopy and photographing is small and, therefore, one set of X-ray tube can be used for both fluoroscopy and photographing.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a picture with a satisfactory SN ratio by controlling a scanning beam diameter, followed by an increase and a decrease in the number of scanning lines in terms of picture inputting device which increases and decreases the number of scanning lines per picture and changes the number of fetched pictures per unit time of the picture. CONSTITUTION:From a controller 14 of the entire device, the instruction deciding whether the current mode is a spacial high resolution one or a time high resolution one is transferred to a control circuit 6 of a television camera 5, an A/D convertor 10, a picture processor 11, a display 12 and a picture file 13. When the instruction is the spacial high resolution mode, the control circuit 6 adjusts a scanning beam diameter so that it will be minimized by utilizing a focal coil 7, and sets an action of the television camera by utilizing scanning coils 8 and 9 so that the fetched number by second will become 15 pictures and the number of scanning lines will become 1,125 lines. When the instruction from the controller 14 is the time high resolution mode, a television camera system is set so that the fetched number by second will become 60 pictures, and the number of scanning lines will become 525 lines. Devices 10-13 execute the same action at the time of the special high resolution mode.

    • PURPOSE:To arbitrarily and easily set an optimum dynamic range by storing image output characteristics for the incident light quantity of an X-ray TV camera for respective operation modes with a multiplication factor as a parameter and deciding the multiplication factor and an optical diaphragm value in a control means through the use of a storage content. CONSTITUTION:The image output characteristics for the incident light quantity of the X-ray TV camera are stored for the respective operation modes which are set by the number of scanning lines and the number of scanning lines per second with the multiplication factor as the parameter in a characteristic storage medium 9. At the time of photographing, a photographing controller 1 reads the stored value from the storage medium 9 and sets the multiplication factor of an avalanche multiplication- type image pickup tube 4 and the optimum value of an optical diaphragm 5 in accordance with a scanning mode. X-rays projected from an X-ray generation device 2 pass through a subject and are made incident on the X-ray fluorescent multiplier tube 4 through an X-ray grid 3. Fluorescence projected from the multiplier tube 4 is made incident on the TV camera 6 through the diaphragm and a lens system 5. The output signal is image-processed by an image collection/processing device 7, and the image is displayed on an image display device 8.
