    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of any excessive optical system and make the design, assemblage, and adjustment of a precise optical working machine easier, by making parallel laser beams having fixed emitting directions and locations obtainable even when the emitting direction from a laser device varies. CONSTITUTION:Laser beams separated by a beam splitter 8 are converged on a two-dimensional position sensor 6 by a lens 7 and an output voltage is produced in accordance with the laser beam position on the sensor 6. The output voltage is compared with a reference voltage at a comparator circuit 5 and a two-axis driving mechanism 4 is driven by outputting a voltage proportional to the difference so as to move a lens 2 in order to make the emitting directions of the beams parallel with each other. The laser beams are further separated by another beam splitter 12 and irradiated upon another two-dimensional position sensor 11 and a voltage is outputted in accordance with the position of the laser beam on the sensor 11. A comparator circuit 10 compares the output voltage with a reference voltage and outputs a voltage proportional to the difference. The voltage drives a two-directional angle driving mechanism and inclines a beam shifter 3 against the direction of the laser beams so as to make the directions and positions of the passed laser beams constant.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the fluctuation of the wavelength of a laser beam due to an air flow by covering a light path from a laser device up to a mobile body with a freely expandable/contractable shielding body. CONSTITUTION:In the case of the servo system of the cutting device of an optical disk master board, the device is mainly composed of a spindle 2 to rotate a master board 1, a laser device 4 for cutting mounted on a carriage 3, a laser interference length measuring machine 5 to apply a feeding servo to the carriage 3, and a shielding body 6 between the carriage 3 and laser interference length measuring machine 5. The laser interference length measuring instrument 5 is faced to a reflecting mirror 14 for measuring in which the exit surface of a beam splitter 16 is added to the carriage 3, and a light path 18 for measuring is composed between the reflecting mirror 14 and beam splitter 16. Since the carriage 3 is relatively operated to the laser interference length measuring machine 5, the shielding body 6 is formed to be expandable and contractable, and the influence of the air flow upon the light path 18 for measuring is completely interrupted. Thus, the wavelength fluctuation of the laser beam can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a danger of generating the damage in the surface by lifting the product, which are piled in a product placing inclined part, up to supply from the upper end to a chute one by one, and making the product to slide for fall with dead-weight thereof to be supplied to a predetermined part. CONSTITUTION:An upper pusher 4 is driven by an upper motor 5 at a relatively high speed to be lifted up, and a thin box case 1 group piled on an upper product placing inclined part 2 is moved from the lower to the upper. When the top thin box case 1 of the lifted-up thin box case 1 group comes to a position corresponding to a position detecting sensor 7, it is detected, and the upper motor 5 is switched to an intermittent drive at a relative low speed. Thereafter, the top thin box case 1 comes to the upper end of the upper product placing inclined part 2 with the timing of a predetermined seconds, and the thin box case 1 is fallen from the upper end to an upper chute 3 one by one with a predetermined interval, and slides to be fallen with a dead-weight thereof on the upper chute 3, a shutter member 22 and a lower chute 13, and is supplied on a belt conveyor 21 one by one.
