摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve 100% recovery of sponge balls for cleaning, in a capillary cleaning device for a heat-exchanger. SOLUTION: A moving screen 6 is arranged in a spot situated upper stream from the lattice of a ball scavenger 3, the lattice 4 is brought into a closed state during ordinary operation, and balls 7 are always recovered. A foreign matter 8 accumulated at a lattice 4 is discharged to a spot situated downstream, the screen 6 is closed and the lattice 4 is temporarily released. Further, by flapping the moving screen 6, a turbulent flow is provided for a lattice 4, sponge balls 7 and the foreign matter 8 residing on a lattice surface are lifted, and recovery of the balls and discharge of the foreign matter are facilitated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To switch high-purity sampling liquids without using any valve, coupling, etc., which cause contamination by connecting a sampling tube to an arbitrary sample liquid supplying tube in a non-contacting state. CONSTITUTION:After deciding a liquid to be sampled from among sample liquid supplying tubes 2A-2H, a sampling arm 4 is moved to, for example, the tube 2A by giving information to a slitted plate 10, position detecting sensor 9, and motor 8. A sampling tube 3 is fitted to the arm 4 and a sample liquid 1 flowing out from the supply tube 2A is sampled in such a way that the sampling port 3A of the tube 3 is put in the flow of a sample liquid 1 so that the liquid 1 can flow into the tube 3. The sampled liquid 1 is carried to an aimed location through a sample liquid carrying tube 6. Since the port 3A is put in the liquid 1, the sampled liquid 1 is prevented from coming into contact with air and the part of the liquid 1 which comes into contact with air is discharged from a discharge tube 7. The same measure is taken at the junction between the tubes 3 and 6 so as to prevent not only the sampled liquid 1 from coming into contact with air, but also the tubes 3 and 6 from coming into contact with each other.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title apparatus having a simple structure, reduced in pressure loss and capable of certainly removing foreign matter, by automatically operating a drift generating valve, a filter member and a foreign matter withdrawal valve arranged in specific positional relations to remove the foreign matter. CONSTITUTION:In this foreign matter removing apparatus 11, filter members 4 are provided around a partition plate 8 in a body 3 and a drift generating valve 5 is provided on the upstream side or lateral side of the partition plate 8, and foreign matter withdrawal pipe 6 and a foreign matter withdrawal valve 7 are provided on the downstream side of said partition plate 8. When foreign matter is adhered to the filter members 4 and differential pressure rises, the drift generating valve 5 is rotated so as to become parallel to the filter members 4 and parallel flow is generated to allow the foreign matter 10 adhered to the filter members 4 to move to the downstream side and, by opening the foreign matter withdrawal valve 7, said foreign matter is discharged out of the system through the foreign matter withdrawal pipe 6 provided on the downstream side. As a result, the apparatus having a simple structure, reduced in pressure loss and capable of certainly removing the foreign matter mixed with the cooling water used in a tubular heat exchanger can be obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent recirculation of foreign matters while eliminating count error of cleaning matters at the time of constant collection by separating foreign matters from cleaning matters, discharging the foreign matters to the outside of the system and feeding the cleaning matters to a counter. SOLUTION: A foreign matter/cleaning matter inlet pipe 1 is coupled with a cleaning matter catcher and cleaning matters 10 used for cleaning is collected and fed through the foreign matter/cleaning matter inlet pipe 1 into a foreign matter crushing vessel 2. In the foreign matter crushing vessel 2, foreign matters 9, e.g. shells, sink but the cleaning matters 10 float to advance through a cleaning matter outlet pipe 7 toward a counter. The sunken foreign matters 9 are crushed by a crushing disc 3 and discharge through a pole 4 for preventing flow-cut of cleaning matter and a foreign matter outlet pipe 6 to the outside of the system. A disc pushing part 8 is pushed hydraulically to crush the foreign matters 9. A tube 5 with male and female slits assists vertical movement of fluid in the foreign matter crushing vessel 2 with respect to the crushing disc 3 while preventing intrusion of the foreign matters 9 and the cleaning matters 10 to the upper side of the crushing disc 3.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress adhesion of aquatic life to a part touching sea water of a condenser employing sea water as cooling medium by providing a substance containing beryllium and copper to the surface at that part. SOLUTION: The condenser 3 comprises several hundreds of heating tubes 4 supported, at the end thereof, by an inlet tube plate 5a and an outlet tube plate 5b and, at the intermediate part thereof, by a supporting plate 21. The inlet and outlet tube plates 5a, 5b also serve as a sealing between a drum for condensing vapor 2 and inlet or outlet water chamber 7a, 7b. A beryllium/copper alloy plate 8 is fixed to the surface of the outlet tube plate 5b at the outlet water chamber 7b of the condenser 3. When the beryllium/copper alloy plate 8 touches sea water, beryllium or copper ions are eluted from the surface layer into sea water and an oxide film is formed. Exfoliation of the oxide film due to aging is repeated to prevent adhesion of aquatic life.

Thereby, the foreign article such as the shell caught by the lattice 2 and the cleaning body can be peeled off and collected efficiently.

In the spiral swirling/separating chamber 2, foreign matters (large) 8 is imparted with a turning flow while foreign matters (small) 9 and the cleaning matters 10 are imparted with a swirling flow by a swirling unit 3 disposed in the center of a shaft. The heavy foreign matters (large) 8 are precipitated on a bottom plate 7 while the foreign matters (light) 9 and the cleaning matters 10 float temporarily and then the foreign matters (light) 9 fall down to the lower side when passing through a spiral slit 5 due to the difference of shape. The cleaning matters 10 are floated upward and introduced through a cleaning matter outlet pipe 6 toward a circulation/collection line or a counter.

When the microprocessor is set in the low-speed operating mode, clock pulses CK1 and CK2 of the comparatively low frequency are outputted and when any event requiring a high-speed operation is generated, multiplexers MUX 3 and MUX 4 continuously output the clock pulses for low speed until the PLL circuit is turned to an operating state and stabilized but when the PLL circuit is stabilized, clock pulses for a high-speed operation are outputted.
