摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the physical strength of a hollow fiber membrane from lowering in a filter having a built-in hollow fiber membrane module in which porous high molecular hollow fiber membranes are bounded in a bundle by adjusting a solution used for washing to a temp. suited to secure the physical strength of the hollow fiber membrane. CONSTITUTION:In a hollow fiber membrane-type filter consisting of a filtration tank 2 into which a hollow fiber membrane module 1 is integrated, when raw water including solid matter is passed through the filtration tank from raw water supply piping 7, the solid matter is removed on the surface of the hollow fiber membrane and water passed through inside the hollow fiber membrane is taken out from a filtered water piping 8. For the washing operation of removing the solid matter on the surface of the hollow fiber membrane, washing water supply piping 11 and cleaning air supply piping 10 are provided. In this case, a heat exchanger 3 is installed in the middle of the washing solution supply piping 11 and water temp. of the filtration tank 2 is regulated to the temp. range suitable for washing of the hollow fiber membrane by regulation the heat exchange quantity of the heat exchanger 3 according to the temp. of the filtration tank 2 detected by a in-washing operation temp. detector 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the handling quality of the hollow yarn membrane module and to improve its performance as a filter device by inserting hollow yarn membranes into an outside cylinder and providing flow changing mechanisms in the outside cylinder in such a manner that this outside cylinder can play the role of protecting the hollow yarn membranes and original liquid filtration and air back washing can be efficiently executed by the outside cylinder and the flow changing mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:The hollow yarn membrane module is constituted by inserting the bundle of the hollow yarn membranes 40 into the outside cylinder 51 and providing one or plural pieces of the flow changing mechanisms 53 between the bottom end and top end of the bundle of the hollow yarn membranes in the outside cylinder 51. The original liquid and the air for back washing are introduced from the bottom end of the outside cylinder 51 and flow by ascending in the outside cylinder 51 while the flow thereof is changed b7 the introducing holes 54 of the flow changing mechanisms 53 and the liquid and air are uniformly supplied to respective pieces of the hollow yarn.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by saving a condensate filter while possessing a function of lowering the concentration of insoluble impurities by making good use of the short-life and high iron-eliminating performance of ion exchange resin and a low TOC elution rate, by filling the inside of a condensate desalina tion tower with more than one type of ion exchange resin which varies in iron-eliminating performance. SOLUTION: The steam generated on the surface of a fuel in a reactor 2 works in a turbine system 4 and then coheres in a condenser 5 to come into liquefaction again. The liquid at this point contains insoluble impurities composed mainly of the iron generated in the turbine system 4, a trace of chlorine ions which have got mixed in a condensate system during the heat exchange with the seawater and a trace of other metals. Afterward, this liquid, whose pressure is heightened by a condensate pump 11, flows into a condensate desalination filter consisting of two systems. One is a desalination tower group A including ion exchange resin with a low iron-eliminating rate, and the other is a desalination tower group B including that with a high iron-eliminating rate.

SOLUTION: The reproduced water of fixed capacity recycled in a waste processing system 21 is moved to the tank 26. The reproduced water in the tank 26 is made by a transport pump 24 to flow to the recirculation line 28 through a reproduced water collection line 22, have its organic substances removed by the organic substance removing device 23 equipped with an ultraviolet- ray irradiation device and an ion exchange device on its downstream side, and return to the tank 26. Here, a line 29 which measures the organic impurity concentration in the tank 26 monitors the water and when the concentration becomes less than a prescribed value, a control valve 25 is opened to supply the water to a condensate storage tank 10. Consequently, the organic substance concentration of the water held in the condensate storage tank 10 can be held low.

However, an opening extent of the equal differential pressure control valve 13 is adjusted in accordance with a signal from the differential manometer 12 to apply a differential pressure so that differential pressure of each of the series of the filters is controlled at a constant level.

In this way, the filtrate is led into the element 13 from below an arbor to eliminate and remove the suspension on the outer surface of the filter cloth from the surface of the filter cloth. At this time, the pressure of the air fed from the backwashing air source 19 is set at a value as high as possible not exceeding 0.35 MPa in consideration of withstanding pressure of the element 13 being 0.35 MPa.

The internal air of the air tank 9 is seat to a lid container 4 passing through the piping 14 and the outlet piping 2 by opening the valve 7 provided in the air piping 6, and also is sent to the filtrate storage tank 10 by opening the diaphragm valve 5.
