    • PURPOSE:To quickly and intelligibly display the broad spectrum of performance evaluation information of a large scale network to the user of a network managing system in a form in which the information are arranged and unified by performing performance evaluation and result display using a measure in which individual network performance evaluation measures defined with respect to connection quality, transmission quality, and stability quality are unified. CONSTITUTION:Data information with respect to the transmission quality, the connection quality, and the stability quality are collected from a communication node, and they are stored in a storage means 103, and the performance evaluation for the unification of a communication network is performed by a signal processing means 105 based on a unified performance evaluation measure in which the data information with respect to the connection quality, the transmission quality, and the stability quality prepared in advance are unified. The result of unified performance evaluation is displayed on a display device 107 which displays it in a graphic representing a line unifying between the communication nodes comprising a communication network. Thereby, it is possible to quickly and intelligibly display the broad spectrum of performance information of the large scale network in the form in which they are arranged and unified.
