摘要： PURPOSE:To economically realize a management system by defining a management object instance becoming a management object through the use of the management system of totally same constitution and the same function at the time of managing an information network by means of dividing it into plural sub-networks different in the functions. CONSTITUTION:A management information definition template 11 is set to be a management information base 10 for managing the network and the attribute of the object existing in respective units is defined by object identifier information 12 and the management object instance 13 of tree structure, which is the real management object, is stored. The management object instance tree is composed of totally same hardware and software excluding a case when it is composed only of the management object instance 13 within a self management range. At the time of managing the management object instance 13, the class is obtained and the management function corresponding to class information is executed. Thus, the economical management system can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To quickly and intelligibly display the broad spectrum of performance evaluation information of a large scale network to the user of a network managing system in a form in which the information are arranged and unified by performing performance evaluation and result display using a measure in which individual network performance evaluation measures defined with respect to connection quality, transmission quality, and stability quality are unified. CONSTITUTION:Data information with respect to the transmission quality, the connection quality, and the stability quality are collected from a communication node, and they are stored in a storage means 103, and the performance evaluation for the unification of a communication network is performed by a signal processing means 105 based on a unified performance evaluation measure in which the data information with respect to the connection quality, the transmission quality, and the stability quality prepared in advance are unified. The result of unified performance evaluation is displayed on a display device 107 which displays it in a graphic representing a line unifying between the communication nodes comprising a communication network. Thereby, it is possible to quickly and intelligibly display the broad spectrum of performance information of the large scale network in the form in which they are arranged and unified.

The remainders X1, X2,... are always smaller than the integer value N and a block cipher machine 301 inputs the output data X1, X2,... of the modulo adder 302 and an enciphering key 304, and outputs enciphered sentence data C1, C2,.... Therefore, enciphering and decoding can be performed in a CBC (Cipher Block Chaining) mode by using a block cipher machine and block decoding machine which respectively perform enciphering and decoding on numerals smaller than a specific integer value N.

Thus, a display data comprising the display identifier and a state value is formed and sent to a display device 103.
