摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety of gate control by providing an automatic control operation time limit timer and stopping control when the entire operation time exceeds an automatic control operation limit time. SOLUTION: A gate operation amount limit timer 104 inputs the open signals of a gate control part 103 and monitors the continuous operation time of the opening operation of a gate 105. When the continuous operation time exceeds an operation amount limit time, gate stopping signals are outputted to the gate control part 103 and an alarm is simultaneously outputted. The automatic control operation time limit timer 108 inputs control state monitoring signals from a controlled variable computing part 101 and an open degree control part 102, inputs the open signals from the gate control part 103, recognizes the state of automatic control by the signals and measures the entire operation time of the automatic control. Then, when the entire operation time reaches the automatic control excessive operation limit time, stopping signals are outputted to the gate control part 103 and the gate is stopped.
