摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine plant capable of sufficiently uniformly cooling inlet air by uniformly including liquid-drops in inlet air, even if the constitution on an inlet side of a compressor is any constitution, and attaining improvement of an output of the gas turbine plant. SOLUTION: In this gas turbine plant in which an intake chamber 12 provided on a gas intake side of the compressor and a liquid-drop spray device which is arranged at the inside of the intake chamber 12 and sprays liquid-drops to inlet gas of the compressor are provided, liquid-drops are mixed with inlet gas of the compressor and inlet gas is cooled, the liquid-drop spray device is provided with a liquid-drop spray nozzle pipe 51 spread within substantially perpendicular cross section in an intake flow passage within the intake chamber 12 and a plurality of liquid-drop spray nozzles 52 provided at prescribed intervals in the liquid-drop spray nozzle pipe 51, and the arrangement distribution of the liquid-drop spray nozzles 52 is made so as to be dense at a portion where gas flow velocity is fast within cross section of the intake chamber 12 and so as to be non-dense at a portion where gas flow velocity is slow.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable bringing boiler operation to an emergency stop in a short time and shorten the time needed for the cooling in a power plant equipped with a fluidized-bed boiler forming a fluidized bed by providing a nozzle for feeding a cooling medium into the fluidized bed. CONSTITUTION:For example, with an atmospheric fluidized-bed boiler 1, a signal for exigency stop is transmitted to a control box 20 and a command signal from the control box 20 is made to stop the feeding of fuel, air for combustion, and air for fluidization. Furthermore, on the directions of a signal 31 a main inert-gas valve 28 is opened. Next by opening cooling intake dampers 24a, 24b, 24+c, 24d in this order as ordered by a signal 30 an inert gas from an inert-gas bomb 29 is injected through cooling-gas nozzles 23a, 23b, 23c, 23d into the upper part of the boiler furnace and into divided sections of the fluidized bed 5 so as to cool the boiler 1. After damping the fluidized bed to such a temperature as not to rekindle the unburnt coal therein, a blower 4 is actuated, a cooling-air damper 26 is opened as ordered by a signal 32, a signal 31 simultaneously issued causes the main inert-gas valve 28 to be turned off, and cooling air is injected though cooling-gas nozzles 23a, 23b, 23c, 23d.

CONSTITUTION:The title plant is provided with a means for injecting a hydrogen radical capturing agent having an action for lowering the hydrogen atomic concentration by responding to a hydrogen atom in furnace water of a nuclear reactor and a means for injecting a hydrogen radical generating agent for reducing and eliminating a surplus hydrogen radical capturing agent in the furnace water, in order to convert a radioactive nitrogen oxide in the furnace water of the nuclear reactor to an anion. Also, at the time of injecting the hydrogen radical capturing agent to the furnace water, it is unnecessary to inject it directly to water in the nuclear reactor, and it can also be injected from a feed water 7 or condensate system 42. Subsequently, by injecting the hydrogen radical generating agent and increasing the hydrogen atomic concentration, a nitric acid ion and a nitrous acid ion are reduced to NO, so that the nitric acid concentration is reduced in an early stage, the hydrogen atomic concentration is controlled, and while suppressing the impact to the corrosion environment in the furnace, N is reduced effectively.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently convert a carbon component contained in a waste into a gas fuel containing hydrogen. SOLUTION: A carbon resource which is the waste is fed into a blast furnace 1 and the carbon resource is gasified in the blast furnace 1 in a high-temperature state. Superheated steam produced in a gasifying reformer 2 and oxygen are fed into the blast furnace 1. The gas produced from the carbon resource is reformed into the gas fuel containing the hydrogen, carbon monoxide or a hydrocarbon by actions of the superheated steam and oxygen. The gas fuel is burned with a recycled gasified fuel combustion boiler 3 to heat a condensate fed to the recycled gasified fuel combustion boiler 3 and generate steam which is utilized in a steam utilizing apparatus 6. Thereby, the gas fuel can efficiently be produced from the unutilized carbon resource and the apparatus is capable of contributing to a resource recycling type economic society.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cooling type heat exchanger having a means for increasing a cooling capability of finned tube by utilizing a latent heat when water droplets are vaporized while preventing a corrosion with adhesion of the droplets. SOLUTION: The air cooling type heat exchanger 60 cools a fluid 67 in the finned tube 66 by feeding cooling air 65 by a supply fan 61 without contact. The exchanger 60 comprises a spray nozzle 63 for spraying the droplet 64 to the air 65 from the fan 61 to the tube 66. The cooling capability of the tube 66 is increased by utilizing the latent heat when the droplet 64 is vaporized. In this case, a particle size of the spraying droplet 65 is set to 50 μm or less, and spraying amount of the droplet is specified in response to an outlet temperature and a relative humidity of the tube 66. Accordingly, a heat exchanging amount of the tube 66 is increased. A corrosion due to adhesion of the droplet in the structures 61, 62 and 66 of the exchanger 60 can be prevented.
