    • PURPOSE:To perform adequately processing as to the break of power in a short time by exercising sequence control in response to two commands before and after a change in mode and according to the state of a main equipment in case that from the state of a unit to be controlled, a mode change state is judged in power recovery to be set. CONSTITUTION:To supervisory operation board 7 of an electric power plant, the state of a main equipment is input via transmission controllers 9 and 11, in addition to commands of centralized control supervisory unit 1, to perform the stop, electric power generation, pumping-up, pumping-up standing-by, and rotary phase modification as stationary operation modes of the main equipment of the electric power plant. Here, automatic digital operation unit 13 uses a micro computer principally to send operation mode commands to the main equipment via controller 11. When a power failure is caused by the break of power, whether the stationary operation mode is set is judged by unit 13 from the states of breaker 37, electric power generating motor 39, pump water wheel 41, etc. When the mode should be changed, sequence control is exercised in response to two commands before and after the mode change and corresponding to the state of the main equipment. Consequently, the sequence processing of the power break can adequately be performed in a short time.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the rupple component rate included in the output, by giving a constitution where a specific condition is established between the number of processed data for calculation of a moving average value and the sampling interval of data. CONSTITUTION:AC voltage (x) is converted to digital quantory x' at the sampling timing from sampling timing control unit 2 by A/D converter 1. Output x' of converter 1 is converted to absolute value x'' by absolute quantity changing equipment 3, and absolute value x'' is given to moving average value calculating unit 4 to calculate the moving average value, and output value (y) is obtained. In this case, data are rearranged to such positional relation that the numger of data x'' used in unit 4 may correspond to one-period components of x'' equivalently and x'' may be equivalent relatively. The sampling period of unit 2 and the number of data used in unit 4 are so set that position relations of all data may be different from one another and position relations on the phase between respective data may be equal to one another under this state. As a result, the data volume used for average value calculation is increased practically, and the ripple component rate of output (y) is reduced.
