CONSTITUTION: The deaerator is composed of a tank 1 opened to the air and a gaseous nitrogen supplying device 2. Gaseous nitrogen supplied from the gaseous nitrogen supplying device 2 is controlled to a specified flow rate by a flow rate control valve 3, is injected into the tank 1 from a gaseous nitrogen supplying header 4 to deaerate the feed water in the tank 1 by bubbling. The gaseous nitrogen in the vapor phase of the tank is discharged to the open air through a vent pipe 5 together with the supply from the gaseous nitrogen supplying device. By providing a down part to the vent pipe, the vent pipe is filled with gaseous nitrogen having smaller sp. gr. than the air, and the inflow of air is prevented.

Next, the fixed measurement control mechanism 2 which receives a command through interface mechanisms 33 and 31 measures an object 23 to be measured with a sensor 22. This measurement result is transferred to the gathering mechanism 1 through interface mechanisms 31 and 33. Thus, the reliability of the automatic monitor system is improved.
