摘要： PURPOSE:To improve both expansion property and reliability by connecting processing systems performing large-scale ticket window works such as a horse race ticket window, a ticket window of a national railway station, etc. in a ring- shaped bus, and transferring the back-up information to each other among those processing systems. CONSTITUTION:Plural processing systems K1-Kn having real-time totalizing functions are connected to a bus BUS together with one or several units of spare processing system SK. Furthermore plural terminal devices and POS devices are connected to those systems K1-Kn to perform totalization in real time. Each processing system transfers a copy of the state information including the back-up information to the processing system of the remote side successively. Thus all systems K1-Kn can hold the state information including the mutual back-up information. If the system K2, for example, is in fault, the system K2 is cut off. Then a system including the spare system SK is formed.
