    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate evaluation at the time of developing a front end processor and subdividing a defect part at the time of defect occurrence in the front end processor so as to specify the defect part by providing a switch part connecting a first local processor to a first output terminal by means of an instruction from an outside. SOLUTION: When evaluation is executed at the time of developing the front end processor or when the defect occurs in the front end processor, a switch 13 is turned on by the instruction from the outside. Then, a switch circuit (1) 15 disconnects signal lines 1 and 3, the switch circuit (2) 16 connects the signal lines 1 and 2 and the route of an interface control circuit 21 to an RS 232-C control circuit (11) 6 to the switch circuit (2) 16 to a driver/receiver 12 and to an RS 232-C connector 17 is connected. Thus, access is attained to the local processor (1) 20 of a control part 5 by connecting the external equipment 18.

    • PURPOSE:To secure the safety of electronic equipment without automatically sending a start command even if the transistor (TR) of a power-on switch is faulty owing to a short circuit, by making it a starting command condition that the TR is turned on temporarily and then turned off. CONSTITUTION:In an active state, the contact k(2-1) of a relay K2 is made. In this state, when a power-on switch 1 is turned on, contacts k(1-1) and k(1-2) of a relay K1 are made. Then, the relay K2 does not work, and the contact k(2-1) is broken; and the relay contact k(1-2) of an AND circuit 6 is made, the relay contact k(2-1) is broken, and a relay ON1 does not work. Then, when the switch 1 is turned off, the relay K2 is energized again to make the relay contact k(2-1). The relay k(1-2), on the other hand, is in a self-holding state and contacts k(1-2) and k(2-1) are made to send a start command to a control part 7, placing the relay ON1 in a self-holding state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the increase of the number of a body whose rotation is to be monitored without changing the number of anomaly detecting circuits by serially connecting and supplying time-divided rotation signals to an anomaly detecting circuit and artificially performing rotation monitoring on a single body whose rotation is to be monitored. SOLUTION: For monitoring the number of the rotation of cooling fans 1 to 4 by time-dividing, pulse signals 11 to 14 are converted into a single time- divided pulse signal 33 by a selecting part 31 and inputted to an anomaly detecting circuit 21. A determining circuit 24 determines whether a counted value 23 indicates rotation anomaly or not. In the case that it is anomalous, an error flag 25 is raised, and it is notified to an anomaly display device. In this case as well, as in the case of a single fan, a single flag is sufficient. As it is possible to perform the anomaly detection of all the fans by the single anomaly detecting circuit 21 even in the case that there are a plurality of fans in this way, there is no need for providing an anomaly detecting circuit for every fan. This eliminates the need for the modification or extension of the anomaly display device.
