    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a lubricating fluid and a forcibly sending fluid hard to leak from a joining part between a swinging plate and bellows, and shorten the total length by housing the swinging plate inside a cup-shaped member having a flange, and providing a swinging mechanism part where the swinging plate and the cup-shaped member are mechanically joined together by holding sealing property. SOLUTION: A cup-shaped member 15d having a flange having a through hole concentric with the axial center of bellows 15c, is joined to a left end part of the bellows 15c by a flange part 15e so that its cup part is arranged inside the bellows 15c, and a bellows ring 15a having a flange part to be locked on a step difference part 14 of a pump casing 11, is joined to the other end of the bellows 15c. A swinging plate 15b is joined to the left side of the cup- shaped member 15d having a flange, and a swinging mechanism part 15 is constituted. Therefore, the swinging plate can be housed inside the bellows through the cup-shaped member having a flange, and the total length of the swinging mechanism part can be shortened, and a size reduction in a pump main body can be attained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce slide resistance and improve seizure resistance by providing a pintle valve on the opposite inclined shaft side of a cylinder and providing a balance groove parallel to a pintle valve groove on the periphery of the pintle valve in a fluid supply pump provided with a swash plate and reciprocating plural pintles. SOLUTION: In a swash plate type fuel supply pump for supplying low- viscosity fuel for direct fuel injection in an engine cylinder, an inlet port 16 of a rear cover 14 communicates with a crank chamber 20 in a housing 12 and communicates with a pintle valve 22 coaxial with the rotary shaft of the cylinder. The pintle valve 22 has a first intake pressure groove 24, a communicating path 22a to this intake pressure groove 24, a first delivery pressure groove 30, and a communicating path 60 from this delivery pressure groove 30 to the delivery port. This pintle valve 22 is also provided with a balance groove consisting of a second intake pressure groove 32 to communicate with the intake pressure groove 24 and the delivery pressure groove 30, and a second delivery pressure groove 34, thereby the radial force from each groove due to the intake and delivery pressures is balanced and the generation of the radial force to the cylinder is restricted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a stator core by which machining of a fitting section of the stator core can be eliminated without decreasing an assembling accuracy. SOLUTION: In a fitting section of a stator core 12 of an AC generator for cars, an inner diameter of a faucet of an end frame is partially the same as the diameter of a faucet of the stator core 12 and partially larger than that by 0.5m or above in the radius. These parts of the faucet of the end frame which have different inner diameters are alternately positioned on the circumference and the stator core 12 is held axially by the parts of the faucet of the end frame which have a larger inner diameter and is held radially by the other parts of the faucet of the end frame which have a smaller inner diameter. The parts of the faucet of the end frame which have a smaller inner diameter are provided with steps of 0.5mm or above in the axis direction from the parts which have a larger inner diameter at the opposite side of the stator core to prevent the parts of the end frame of a smaller inner diameter from matching the stator core in the axis direction.
