    • PURPOSE:To position and form a wire so as not to be peeled off in a short time and with high accuracy by selecting a folding position in accordance with height of the wire which is brought to wiring, offering a bending supporting point, moving horizontally a held part of the wire and forming it. CONSTITUTION:A parts body 12 is carried and fixed to a work position. Subsequently, a stepwise guide 2 is allowed to descend from the upper part, and set as a supporting point of a fixed end part side for forming a wire 1 to a crank shape. Next, a forming device 20 descends against the parts body 12, the wire 1 is inserted and held by chucks 3a, 3b, and thereafter, by operating a first air cylinder 6, a plate cam 4 is moved in the X axis direction and brought into contact with a profile cam 5. When a load is further applied continuously, a compression spring 7 contracts and the plate cam 4 is pressed against the profile cam 5. In this state, when a second air cylinder 8 is operated, the plate cam 4 follows the profile cam 5, and the tip of the wire 1 also draws the same locus as the plate cam 4. Subsequently, the guide 2 and the edge of the chucks 3a, 3b work as a supporting point of the fixed end part side and a supporting point of the free end side, respectively and the wire is formed.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a recovering device of a refrigerant which is excellent in operability and enables easy and accurate measurement of the quantity of the refrigerant at the time of recovery and charging inside the same device, by a method wherein a lift of a weight changing with an increase and decrease of the quantity of a refrigerant liquid is measured by a weight sensor and converted into the weight of the refrigerant liquid. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant compressed and discharged from a compressor is cooled down and liquefied by a condenser and stored in a recovery vessel. A weight sensor 23 is fitted to a flange fitted to the recovery vessel, being sealed hermetically with a seal member 21 for preventing leakage, and weight 16 for measuring a lift and an elastic body 24 are fitted below the weight sensor 23 vertically therefrom. When the refrigerant reaches a high level H0 in the recovery vessel, a load F0 acting on the weight sensor 23 becomes such as expressed by F0 =W0 +(A0 ×H0 ×ρ), on the occasion, when the horizontal sectional area of the weight 16 is denoted by A0 , the specific gravity of the liquid by ρ and the lift of the elastic body by W0 , and the output F0 at this time is converted into the weight of the refrigerant by a control circuit and indicated in an indicator.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically restart a refrigerant recovery device by providing a restarter for automatically restarting the refrigerant recovery device after the recovery of a refrigerant is finished above the start switch of the refrigerant recovery device. SOLUTION: When a restarter 10 is set above the start switch 8 of a refrigerant recovery device main body 30, a push rod 6 pushes the start switch 8 so that the recovery of a refrigerant is started. As pressure in a refrigerator is lowered, the push rod 6 is gradually raised and isolated from the start switch 8. When the pressure in the refrigerator becomes a negative pressure, a negative pressure detecting switch 31 operates so that the operation of the refrigerant recovery device is stopped. Then, when a certain time passes, the refrigerant dissolved in a lubricating oil is gradually separated and vaporized. When the pressure rises and reaches a positive pressure, the diaphragm 1 of the restarter 10 is deformed, so that the push rod 6 presses the start switch 8. A series of operations of recovery to stop are automatically repeated, so that most of the refrigerant can be recovered to a recovery container 34 and the labor of an operator can be decreased.

    • PURPOSE: To enable lubricant oil and refrigerant to be heated at a specified temperature preferable for separation from refrigerant gas by a method wherein an oil separator is arranged between a recoverying port and a compressor and the oil separator is provided with a heater which can be set to an optional temperature for heating the lubricant oil and the refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator and a recoverying port 3 are connected by a connecting hose 30 and communicated from each other so as to discharge air in the connecting hose 30 through an air relief valve 6. After this operation, when an opening or closing valve 7 is opened and a compressor 9 is started to operate, lubricant oil and refrigerant within the refrigerator are passed through the recoverying port 3, a pressure gauge 4, a sight glass 5, the air relief valve 6 and the opening or closing valve 7, sucked into an oil separator 8 and stored there. The lubricant oil and the refrigerant are controlled in their temperatures in such a manner that resolved refrigerant may easily be separated and easily gasified in a range of 35 to 40 deg.C in a constant state. Accordingly, it is possible to recover only the refrigerant gas without being influenced by a temperature of the surrounding air within a short period of time.

    • PURPOSE:To measure once the quantity of refrigerant, and fill a proper quantity thereof by a construction wherein a cylindrical measuring unit having a liquid level detecting sensor provided in the vertical direction so as to enable measurement of several sorts of quantities of refrigerant liquid is installed for measuring the necessary quantity of fill on the occasion when the refrigerant stored in a collecting vessel is filled in a closed refrigerating cycle to be filled. CONSTITUTION:A liquid refrigerant stored in a recovery vessel 7 is made to flow into a measuring unit 8 by opening a refrigerant intake valve 9 according to a command signal from a control device 17. In order to make the liquid refrigerant flow in smoothly on the occasion, a gas recovery valve 11 is opened and a refrigerant gas in the upper part of the inside of the measuring unit 8 is sucked from a gas recovery port 22 through the gas recovery valve 11 and a piping 16 by operating a compressor 5 so that the pressure inside the measuring unit 8 be reduced. When a float for detecting a liquid level of the refrigerant rises and turns a reed switch ON, the refrigerant intake valve 9 and the gas recovery valve 11 are closed, the compressor 5 is stopped, a refrigerant takeout valve 9 is opened and filling of a refrigerating cycle 3 is started. The filling is ended, when the float 30 lowers and the reed switch is turned OFF.
