摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated heat exchanger having small flow resistance and high performance by providing non-connecting ribs each having an extrusion height lower than those of circular connecting ribs on peripheries of the circular ribs. CONSTITUTION:Circular ribs 3 of a zigzag array are so formed in a refrigerant passage 2 as to become the same in an extrusion height as an extrusion depth of the passage. The tops of the ribs 3 are disposed in the same plane as that of connecting ribs 5, and connected to each other when two passage heat transfer tube plates are bonded. Oblique ribs 4 so extrusion molded as to protrude into the passage are so aligned on the peripheries of the circular ribs as to be disposed along an arraying direction. The extrusion height of the rib 4 is lower than that of the rib 3. Accordingly, since the rib 3 has a small ratio of blocking of the sectional area of the passage, a main flow having a large ratio of vapor state refrigerant flowing a center of the passage along a tubular axis causes a small pressure loss.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a heat exchanger having a structure in which a flow of heat exchanging fluid is not hindered by a method wherein at least one end of a thermal transmitting pipe is formed into a shape corresponding to an inner side shape of a cross-sectional one of a header. CONSTITUTION:Since a header 21 has a circular cross section, and end part of a thermal transmitting pipe 1 is machined in an arc form corresponding to its inner shape. The thermal transmitting pipe 1 is inserted into an insertion hole 211 arranged in the header 21. The thermal transmitting pipe 1, header 21 and fins 3 are integrally connected to each other by brazing. Since the thermal transmitting pipe 1 is connected along the inner surface shape of the header 21, it does not prohibit the flow of the heat exchanging fluid. As a result, a resistance in a flow passage is not increased and thus it is possible to prevent a reduction in an amount of feeding flow into the thermal transmitting pipe 1 or a disadvantage of non-uniform distribution or the like.

Since the heat transfer area of the ice making heat exchanger can be increased in correspondence with contribution of the fins 2 to ice making, flow rate of the cooling refrigerant in the pipe 1 can be increased resulting in an increase in ice making quantity.

SOLUTION: The fluid 102 subjected to oxidation reaction in a reactor 1 is sent to a preheater 2b to be heat-exchanged with a fluid 101 before reaction and subsequently separated into a gaseous phase and a liquid phase by gas-liquid separation 4 and the gaseous phase 104 is used in the generation of electricity while the liquid phase 105 is used in the driving of a hydraulic pressure drive pump 10 and guided to a preheater 2a to be heat-exchanged with the fluid before reaction. When a gas turbine 5 is driven by exhaust gas 104, the exhaust gas is heated by a combuster 13 and an exhaust gas heater 12 and a part of the fluid 105 is sent to an oxygen preheater 26 not only to preheat liquid oxygen 103 but also to perform the generation of electricity by using a thermoelectric converter element 44. The energy possessed by a fluid 102 after reaction is sufficiently recovered and the power required in the driving of a pump 8 or the like is provided by the generation of electricity generated in this system to suppress the consumption of oxygen 103.

In contrast, the water sent to the heat exchanger 11 from the heat storage tank 3 connected with the heat load side with the aid of the pump 10 is cooled with the water in the heat storage tank 8 for storing ice and is then returned to the heat storage tank 3 connected with the heat load side.
