    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a documents examination system and its method capable of relating among indicated places and corrected places in an examination target report and designated columns of an observation report and reflecting corresponding standard item numbers to observation in the observation report with a simple procedure. SOLUTION: When a user selects a text in the examination target document by using the document examination system 1 and executes an observation addition command, the document examination system 1 comprises: a means 23 for embedding a tag for destination in its text section; a method 24 for identifying the standard item number corresponding to the text section; a method 25 for displaying the item numbers to the designated column in the observation report, and a method 26 for displaying a pointer to move to the indicated places and embedding an original tag. When a user selects the text in the examination target document by using a document examination receiver system 2 and executes a correction contents addition command, the examination receiver system 2 comprises: a method 33 for embedding the tag for destination in the text section, a method 34 for identifying the corresponding observation to the corrected places, and a method 35 for displaying a pointer for moving to the corrected places to the designated column in the observation report and embedding a pointer tag.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate the acquirement of message specification with the specification design of an information processing system. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a storage means 21 for function input/ output specification, which define the information name and the timing of information becoming input and information becoming output for the respective functions of the information processing system having plural functions, the storage means 23 of information constitution element specification, which defines the items of information constitution elements and the data types for the respective information names, and the storage means 22 of message specification, which stores message specification constituted of the transmitter/receiver of information transmission between the functions and of information contents. A message specification acquirement processor (CPU) 1 retrieves information becoming the output of the other functions with the information name of information becoming the arbitrary function in function input/output specification as a key. The function of information becoming input is defined as the transmitter, the function of information becoming output as the receiver and information on the information name as transmission information. The transmission/reception timing and the information constitution element specification of defined information are added and message specification is generated.
