摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reduce dioxin in garbage incinerator exhaust gas and to secure the stable operation of an induced draft fan and a heat exchanger even if a garbage incinerator is one furnace operation or the like. SOLUTION: A heat transfer tube 13 leading a furnace gas 6 to a combustor 15 is arranged in the heat exchanger 17 and the combustion of the combustor 15 is started before starting an incinerator 1 by opening an air withdrawing dumper 8. After completing the start of the combustor 15, a furnace gas withdrawing damper 7 is opened and a bypass dumper 22 is slowly closed and the incineration of garbage is started in the garbage incinerator 1. The air withdrawing dumper 8 is opened and is closed by the opening of a furnace gas pressure control dumper 12 controlling furnace gas 6 in a fixed pressure while operating.

SOLUTION: In the exhaust gas treating device 100 comprising a combustor 9 to thermally decompose a contained noxious material by re-combustion of refuse incinerating exhaust gas; and the flue 12 to introduce combustion gas 26, generated from the combustor 9, from one side in a longitudinal direction and discharge it from the other side in a longitudinal direction. A weir 16 over which combustion gas 26 flowing through the flue 12 flows to uniformize its velocity of flow is situated in the flue 12.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat exhaust gas following the quantity change of exhaust gas exhausted from an incinerator and to improve decomposition efficiency of dioxins included in the exhaust gas.
SOLUTION: An exhaust gas pressure control damper 2 for regulating the pressure of the exhaust gas exhausted from the incinerator 1 is provided upstream of a combustor 4. Afterburning of the exhaust gas is carried out in the combustor 4 to decompose the dioxins. The exhaust gas exhausted from the combustor 4 is retained in a high temperature flue 5, and the remaining dioxins are further decomposed. A waste heat boiler 7 quickly cools the exhaust gas exhausted from the high temperature flue 5. An exhaust damper 10 is provided downstream of a blower 8. A control device 13 controls the opening of an exhaust gas pressure control damper 2 according to the pressure of the exhaust gas exhausted from the incinerator 1, and controls the opening of the exhaust damper 10 according to the opening of the exhaust gas pressure control damper 2 and the pressure of the exhaust gas exhausted from the waste heat boiler 7.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the chlorine concentration in a thermal decomposition residue in an apparatus for washing the thermal decomposition residue of waste which can separate the waste to thermal decomposition gas and the thermal decomposition residue and is suited for washing the separated thermal decomposition residue. SOLUTION: The waste is thermally decomposed in a thermal decomposition furnace 2, and the continuously produced thermal decomposition residue (carbide) is water-cooled and mixed with water in a cooling/mixing tank 6 to produce a carbide slurry. Chlorine included in the carbide is removed in the water of the carbide slurry. The carbide slurry is guided to a dewatering/washing apparatus 30 and is dewatered. In addition, the dewatered carbide is washed in the dewatering/washing apparatus 30. By the washing, the chlorine attached to the carbide is removed, and therefore the chlorine concentration in the carbide is further lowered. A water treating apparatus 31 performs desalination for the water dewatered by the dewatering/washing apparatus 30.
