    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully use the pump capacity, to lower the number of times of operation and stop, and select a pump to be operated in response to the plant condition. SOLUTION: A number-of-pump control unit of a control device for controlling the flow of plural pumps having a different capacity is provided with a number of pump changeover determining unit 20 for computing the controllable flow range on the basis of the Q-H characteristic 18 per each pump and all pump heads 19 in real time and for computing a number of operated pump pattern table for starting and stopping the pump when a pump, which can not be operated, is detected, and a circuit 21 for selecting a pump to be operated or stopped. The controllable flow range with the real number of operated pump pattern is obtained on the basis of the real number of operated pump pattern and the computed controllable flow range per each pump, and furthermore, controllable flow range with the real upper (restarting) or the lower (stopping) number of operated pump pattern is obtained on the basis of the computed number of operated pump pattern table and the controllable flow range per each pump, and restarting and stop of the pump is determined on the basis of results of these computing, and a pump to be operated or stopped is selected.

SOLUTION: In the case of arranging plural flow rate control valves 3, 5 in series on one pipe 1 and automatically controlling the valve apertures of respective valves 3, 5, a single valve aperture target value at the time of supposing that a fluid flow rate in the pipe 1 is controlled only by one flow rate control valve is found out, the target apertures of respective corresponding valves 3, 5 in which respective cavitation coefficients of the valves 3, 5 are the same and the synthetic loss coefficient of the valves 3, 5 is the same as the loss coefficient of the supposed flow rate adjusting valve are found out from the single valve aperture target value (14, 15) and the valve apertures 16, 17 of respective valves 3, 5 are controlled so as to coincide with the target apertures of the corresponding valves 3, 5 (12, 13).

    • PURPOSE:To control the vibration due to a fluid impact by setting a guide, guiding a valve element, down to a wing guide with a widening part, one part is more widened than the other part in a contact range along the outer periphery of this valve element. CONSTITUTION:A wing guide 3 widens a contact range within the extent of a tangent 8 on a peripheral surface between a guide and a valve element 2 at a time when the guide is widened, and a stellite overlay is applied to a surface opposed to the valve element of this widened wing guide 3, thereby eliminating any possible wear. Thus, since a guide surface, existing in the more flowing side than the valve element 2 and guiding a movement of this element 2, is widened along the outer periphery of the valve element 2, an area at a time when a fluid directly collides with the valve element 2 becomes lessened, the magnitude of vibration in the valve element 2 is made smaller. In addition, the stellite overlay is applied to the guide surface at the side of the valve element 2 of the wing guide 3, through which wear or abrasion due to an impact caused by a vibration in the valve element can be almost brought to nothing.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the narrowness of an operation enable range at its minimum by adding an objective value converter for forming a new objective value while considering the error of a manipulated variable feedback value. CONSTITUTION:An electric valve 8 is connected to execute flow rate control or pressure control and its aperture objective value 9 is inputted to an objective value converter 1. The converter 1 converts the objective value 9 into an aperture controller setting value 4 in accordance with a prescribed formula and outputs the converted value to an aperture controller 2. The aperture controller 2 supplies a control output to an aperture controlling motor 3 based on a deviation between a real aperture 5 of the electric value 8 and the setting value 4. The controller 2 is constituted of an electric positioner having a blind sector input element in its input operation part. Since the set value of the electric positioner is expanded to a span considering a blind sector width and a manipulated variable feedback input value error, the span of a control manipulated variable can be secured in its maximum.
