    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function to insulate heat and insulate noise in addition to rigidity and the strength of a body structure and to reduce the weight of car body, simplify attachment at heat insulation material and to reduce the production of noise in a rolling stock by a method wherein a honeycomb panel is attached to a plate part between the ribs of a section by means of an adhe sive. SOLUTION: In a waist part 2, by using an adhesive 13, a honeycomb panel 12 is joined with each of plate parts 7 between a sheet belt 5 and a rib 8, between the ribs 8 and 8, and between the rib 8 and a side beam 6. In which case, the thickness and the material of the honeycomb panel 12 are considered to provide target rigidity and strength by forming integrally with a section consisting of the plate part 7 and the rib 8 at the waist part 2. The honeycomb panel 12 is formed of a non-metallic material, for example, a composite material. The honeycomb panel 12 comprises two face plates; and a hexagonal core, arranged between the two face plates, and contact parts are interjoined through an adhesive.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance pressure resisting strength and reliability in strength by using a brazing aluminium allay laminated panel capable of weld joining as a floor plate material of an underframe, and arranging a core material rigidity reinforcing member inside of a core material in a joining part of this core material and a lateral beam. CONSTITUTION:In an underframe structure where a floor plate 7 composed of a laminated panel is spread all over an upper surface of a lateral beam 5 between bolsters among an overall length of an underframe, the laminated panel is constituted by joining members integrally together by brazing by interposing a core material and a joining member arranged in the outer peripheral part between surface materials integrally formed of two sheets. Thin pipes 14 being a rigidity reinforcing material are arranged inside of a honeycomb-shaped core material 12 in a part where the floor plate 7 and the lateral beam 5 come into contact with each other, and thes thin pipes 14, and the core material 12 are joined together by interposing a blazing material or an adhesive 16 between both. The lateral beam 5 and the laminated panel are joined together by brazing one surfaces of thin pipes 15 to reinforce rigidity of the core material 12 swelling out from a flange width of the lateral beam 5 to a flange end part of the lateral beam 5.
