    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish the corresponding relation between the storage quantity and the internal water level to permit the accurate estimation of the other valve from either one of the values of the water storage quantity and internal water level even in a tributary channel, which is a natural river or a sewer or floodway on which civil engineering structural data are unavailable, having a drainage pumping station installed at the lower reaches end. SOLUTION: In a tributary river 101 at high water, a water gate 107 is closed, and a pump 108 is controlled to settle the internal water level at a specified constant value. Since 'the inflow water quantity to the tributary river 101=pump discharge' is satisfied during constant value control, the originally unmeasureable inflow water quantity can be computed. Using this property, specified pump control and internal water level operation are performed, and a water balance equation 'storage quantity variation=inflow water quantity-pump discharge' in the tributary rive 101 led out at this time is solved to compute the storage quantity corresponding to the specified internal water level. This process is repeated to obtain a plurality of corresponding points between the internal water level and storage quantity, and these corresponding points are connected by an interpolation curve to settle a corresponding relational curve between the internal water level and storage quantity.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the loading efficiency to be augmented by allowing both panned loading information and loading work information to be operated based on the information which is stored in advance, permitting the resultant to be displayed, documented, and memoried, in a loading plan where various kinds of cargoes are mixedly loaded. CONSTITUTION:When a shipping cargo is designated by a light pen 21, a computer 10 reads out data for the cargo specification from an auxiliary memory 24, then, the data is set in a memory device 13 allowing it to be displayed 22. Subsequently, if the condition required for the planned loading is designated by an operator while the display 22 is being watched, the computer 10 determines the required number, the required size, and the allocation of a pallet. This allows them to be stored 14 and 15 permitting the loading allocation to be displayed 22. After being checked by the operator, it is inputted 21 as an acceptance signal. A coordinate for a loading position is stored 16 by the computer 10. The loading is performed while the loading position which has been already loaded, is being watched on the display panel 22. After the loading has been completed, the resultant is stored 17 allowing an automatic operation sequence to be determined, stored 18, and automatically processed. Thus, this configuration enables efficiency to be augmented.

Afterward, with movements in a C direction of the whole load device, the cardboard box 10 moves forward, and when loading work is over, the loading device makes a grasping part 1 move toward arrows A and B, grasping the corrugated cardboard box 10 being held by the holding part 11, thus the next loading work is started. At this time, the arm 14 is set in motion with each off signal out of these switches 17a and 17b, extruding an ensuing corrugated cardboard box 10 on a conveyor 8 onto the conveyor 9.

    • PURPOSE:To smoothly perform the instantly stopping/restarting of a motor with a simple and inexpensive construction by storing output frequency of an inverter when an electric power from a power supply converted by means of an inverter, and controlling the inverter to supply the electric power with the output frequency to an electric motor when the electric power from the power supply is restored. CONSTITUTION:As a power supply is instantly stopped, it is detected by an instantly stopping detector 7. At the same time, a minicomputer 4 is operated to store the inverter output frequency in a self-contained memory, and to transmit a command to a base drive circuit 5 for cutting-off a base applying voltage of each of transisters Q1 to Q6 to thereby stop the inverter. When the tower supply is restored, the minicomputer 4 reads the inverter output frequency from the self-contained memory for transmitting a command to a base drive circuit 5 to turn on/off the transisters Q1 to Q6 based on the foregoing frequency. As a motor current is then increased to a overcurrent protective level, the minicomputer 4 transmits a command to the base drive circuit 5 based on a signal from the detecter 8 thereby reducing the inverter output frequency.
