    • PURPOSE:To ensure the suitable control correction by reading an error correction code to a correction circuit when a parity error of a control instruction is detected, deciding the propriety for correction of said correction code as well as the control instruction containing the parity error and producing the correction data if the parity error is correctable. CONSTITUTION:A control instruction parity error detecting circuit 7 detects a parity error when a parity check bit 4 and a control instruction 3 stored in a control memory 1 are read out to a control instruction register 6. In this case, the circuit 7 outputs a correcting action start instruction to a correction circuit 8. The circuit 8 reads an error correction code out of an external mem ory 2. Then the circuit 8 decides the propriety for correction between the error correction code and the control instruction of the register 6. If the correction is possible, the correction data is produced and stored into a correction data storing register 9. Thus, a parity error is corrected when the control instruction is read out.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the system constitution by counting the index signals received from a disk device, then outputting a detection signal to the outside after detecting the coincidence between the count value of a counter which is initialized by an action instruction issued from a host device and the prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:An index counter 7 contained in a disk controller is continuously initialized by a counter resetting signal 6 with each action instruction signal 3 received from a data processor. When no action instruction is received any more, the count value of the counter 7 is increased by a counter replacement signal 5. Then the count value of the counter 7 reaches the maximum level when the time elapsed from the last action instruction reaches a prescribed level. Thus a detection signal 10 is produced. Then the switching time point between the occupation states of its own system and another system is detected with the output of the signal 10. Then the necessary control is carried out. Thus the complication of a disk system can be avoided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit a stable beam, by supplying an exciting current to a six pole magnet so that a six pole electromagnet can generate a six pole magnetic field, to impart diverging or converging force, in accordance with the track position of the beam, to the beam, to generate the six pole magnetic field for reducing the change of turn. SOLUTION: The change of an exciting current of a deflecting electromagnet 3, a four pole electromagnet 7, and a function joining type electromagnet 4, etc., changes the track position of the charged particle beam of a six pole electromagnet 92. While, a proportional relation exists between the track position of the electromagnet 92 and converging and diverging force imparted to the beam 17, also a fixed relation exists between the converging and diverging force and tune. By adequately setting the exciting current in the electromagnet 92, the electromagnet 92 imparts the converging and diverging force to the beam, in accordance with the track position of the charged particle beam of the electromagnet 92, generated by the change of the exciting current of the electromagnets 3, 7, and 4, etc. The change of the tune, caused by the change of the exciting current of the electromagnet 3, etc., disappear to reduction.
