摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of a passenger conveyer, capable of preventing projection of a fastening member to prevent increase in installation width of the passenger conveyer, facilitating manufacture and reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A top cord material 1 constituting a frame of the passenger conveyer is formed by an upper side top cord material 1a, a lower side top cord material 1b, and a top cord material connecting part 8, and a bottom cord material 2 is formed by an upper side bottom cord material 2a, a lower side bottom cord material 2b and a bottom cord material connecting part 9. The respective top cord materials 1a, 1b and the respective bottom cord materials 2a, 2b are formed by an L-shaped structural angles, and the connecting part is provided with a required number of bolt head accommodating holes 10. The respective connecting parts 8, 9 are formed by two flat plates 11a, 11b, a joint member 12 and a reamer bolt 13 fastening these members 11a, 11b, 12. After the connecting parts 8, 9 are assembled, with the head 13a of the reamer bolt 13 inserted in the bolt head accommodating hole 10k the respective flat plates 11a, 11b are welded to the respective designated top cord materials 1a, 1b and bottom cord materials 2a, 2b.

CONSTITUTION:Each rope end is provided on a machine beam 12 for supporting a driving gear 4, to provide an indicating member of showing length of a spring 14 or a fixing plate of restricting the rope end connected to the internal side rope end by arranging one end of each rope end in the outside of the machine beam 12, and further a detection hole is provided in the machine beam 12 to adjust rope tension in the outside of the machine beam 12. Accordingly, a space for setting up a machine room is decreased, and a term of installation works can be also shortened while improving maintainability of a rope.

摘要： PURPOSE: To positively brake a driving shaft in the event of chain cutting or abnormality by pivotally supporting a second link releasably supported to a solenoid support part, to one end of a first link pivotally supported to a guide shoe, and supporting a third link interlocked with a brake, to the other end. CONSTITUTION: A first link 110 is pivotally supported to a guide shoe 9 detecting cutting or looseness of a driving chain 4, and a second link 120 rotatable around a horizontally movable pin 140 by a solenoid 130 is supported to one end of the first link 110. The second link 120 is releasable by the horizontal movement of the pin 140 by solenoid excitation. A third link 150 engaged with a brake 13 is pivotally supported to the other end of the first link 110. The guide shoe 9 is fitted to a lever 8. When the chain is cut, the shoe 9 is lowered, and the brake 13 is rotated to stop the rotation of a sprocket 3. At the abnormal time, the solenoid 130 is excited to release the second link 120, and the first link 150 is rotated to rotate the brake 13, thus stopping the sprocket 3.
