    • PURPOSE:To enable easy, safe, and low-cost haulage of heavy loads by use of a simple mechanism comprising a car truck, horizontal beam, inclination adjuster, sliding beam, and advance/retreat drive gear. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal beam 4 is kept horizontal by an inclination adjuster 5, a car truck 1 is engaged, and a sliding beam 6 is lifted by an air bag 7. The sliding beam 6 is moved along the upper face of the beam 4 to the rightmost position (as indicated by two-dotted lines) by an advance/retreat drive gear 9, and the gear 9 is released. As the beam 6 is moved while being lifted by air pressure, drive force is saved and the movement is safe. As a cushion of air bag 7 is present between the beams 6 and 4, the beam 6 is kept in constant position relative to the ground and the car truck 1 and the beam 6 can be moved without movement of the beam 6. Thus heavy loads can be transported safely and continuously by use of simple mechanism.

    • PURPOSE:In a device for steadily resting a hanging tool in a rope hanging crane, to enhance response to the vibration of the hanging tool and improve the cargo work cycle time. CONSTITUTION:Winding up sheaves 4A and 4B are mounted on a trolley 2 running by wheels 3A and 3B on a rail 1, and steadily resting sheaves 5A and 5B are mounted at the outer sides of said sheaves 4A and 4B. On the other hand, no a hanging tool 7 for hanging cargos 6 such as container and the like there are mounted steadily resting drums 8A and 8B around the center of the hanging tool, and winding up sheaves 9A and 9B are fitted to the outer sides of said drums. Winding up ropes 10A and 10B delivered from a winding up drum 11A are repassed through the sheaves 4A and 4B via said sheaves 4A, 4B and 9A, 9B and fixed to the trolley 2. Further, steadily resting ropes 12A and 12B delivered from the winding up drum 11B are taken up by steadily resting drums 8A and 8B through sheaves 5A and 5B.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at performing reliably and effectively a position adjustment work, by operationally controlling a virtual image as a real and virtual image of a loader are indicated on the same picture. CONSTITUTION:Video apparatus 9a and 9b mounted at an operating room of an overhead travelling crane are connected via a computing device 11 with visual devices 8a and 8b, a data input device 12, an operating device 15, and a controller 16. Images of an actual loader 2 and of an object 4 hanged at the loader 2 projected on pictures 10 of the video devices 9a and 9b. A line picture 13 and an area picture 14 are moved by the operating device 15 as the line picture 13 and area picture 14 of future position of the loader 2 and object 4 are indicated with the information signal input to the computing device 11 from the visual devices 8a and 8b and the signal from the data input device 12. The actual loader 2 is moved with its movement volume transmitted to the controller 16. And thus, an accurate position adjustment can be made only by carrying out the position adjustment work, which is done in the pictures 10, being free from being bound to watch the movement of the actual object.

That is, the unit 7 consists of a frame 10 suspended by rails 9, a support 12 elevationally moved by an elevator 11 along the frame 10, a grasping unit 13 movable long the support 12, and a driver's room 15, or the like.

A plurality of floating device 7 and a brake means are provided at the portion facing the floating guideway 6a of the girder 1. In addition, a guide drive device 9 is provided at the portion facing the movable guideway 6b. The floating device 7 is composed of a support section 7a for supporting the load in the stationary position of the crane, a skirt mount section 7b, a skirt section 7c, and a hose 7d for feeding air to the skirt section 7c. The guide dirvie device 9 is constructed of two rubber tires for example.
