CONSTITUTION:The image pickup mechanism body 6 consisting of a television image pickup tube 7 and the fiberscope 8 is mounted in a case 3 and the monitor of the small-diameter tube 2 connected to the vessel 1 is executed by inserting the fiberscope 8 of the image pickup mechanism body 6 into the small- diameter tube 2. A freely rotatable objective lens 9 attached to the top end of the fiberscope 8 monitors the inside of the tube 2 over the entire periphery. A guide pipe 12 is moved to the side of the vessel 1 connected with the small- diameter tube by operating a guide pipe driving mechanism 13 in the case of inserting the fiberscope 8 into the small-diameter tube 2 connected to the vessel 1, then a fiberscope guide roller 14 attached near the top end of the fiberscope 8 advances into the small-diameter tube 2 by passing through the inside of the guide pipe 12.

    • PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance of a joint by joining stainless steel plate material to high corrosion resistant metal material by explosion, etc., orthogonally to the rolling direction and then, performing machining in the orthogonal direction with respect to the joining surface. CONSTITUTION:The tabular stainless steel 1 and the high corrosion resistant material such as Ti and Zr are joined together by the explosion, diffusion, friction method, etc. At this time, so that a rolled structure 4 of raw material becomes orthogonal to the joining surface, namely, cross-sectional areas orthogonal to the rolling direction are joined together as the joining surface mutually. After joining, piercing is performed in the parallel direction to the rolling direction and the outside diameter, inside diameter and end face are machined so as to form the joint. In this joint, since the direction is coincident with the axial direction at the whole cross-sectional area of the rolled structure 4, the cross-sectional area orthogonal to the rolled structure 4 with deteriorated corrosion resistance does not come into contact with a corrosive liquid. Accordingly, the corrosion resistance of the joint is improved.
