The controlled variable signal (a) intended by the operation control panel signal is outputted to the operating facility 101 by the operating facility control processing 202.

CONSTITUTION:A speed detecting circuit 6b detects rotation speed of a motor 4 with a pulse 4a from a pulse generator 4 received. On the other hand a position detecting circuit 7 detects rotation position of a motor 1 with a pulse 5a from a rotation position generator 5 received. A rotation pulse detecting circuit 8 detects rotation pulse with the output 6a of the speed detecting circuit 6 and the output 7a of the position detection circuit 7 received to store it in a memory circuit 9. A speed compensation circuit 10 adds the rotation pulse 9a stored in the memory circuit 9 to the output of the speed detecting circuit 6 to output compensation amount 10a to supply it to a speed control apparatus 3.

    • PURPOSE:To perform speed reduction in the shortest time when abnormality occurs, by giving a function calculating a speed reducing rate in accordance with the load torque of each rolling stand to a speed reduction controller. CONSTITUTION:When, for example, a trouble occurs in a coiler which is the outlet side facility of a rolling mill, an emergency signal S26 is outputted from a speed commanding circuit 73 to a speed control circuit 72. From the circuit 72 a speed command signal S1 which commands the shortest speed reduction in accordance with a speed reducing rate signal S14 determined at an optimum rate determining circuit 71 is outputted to drive controllers 21-26. Namely, when, for example, rolling stands 1-6 are operated at speeds V1-V6 and an emergency stop is applied at the time T0 under a normal condition as shown in the figure, each stand 1-6 selects the maximum value tdec4 among speed reducing and stopping times tdec1-tdc4 and stops in accordance with the selected speed reducing and stopping time tdec4, while each stand has the speed reducing and stopping times tdec1-tdec4 in accordance with load torque values. AS a result, the speed of each stand is reduced in the shortest time while they maintain the same speeds at the time of emergency and bad influences to the material and facility can be suppressed to the minimum.

Thus, the appearance condition of the facilities and materials and the condition quantitized with the facilities and materials can be easily compared at the same time to be recognized.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the plate thickness accuracy at the front and rear ends by obtaining a rolling load deviation of the rolled stock rear end at the (n-2) path for the final (n) path and correcting a rolling load at the (n-1) path by adding a predicted thickness deviation at the (n) path to the rolling load. CONSTITUTION:A reversible rolling mill having a servo valve 4 is provided with a load cell 10, draft position detector 2, and pulse generator 20. A rolling pressure detected by the cell 10 is compared with the set target value at the (n-2) path to obtain a deviation DELTAP to store the DELTAP in a shift register 22 and a setup computer 24 calculates a correction amount at the (n-1) path. Then, a correction amount at the final (n) path is obtained through an arithmetic circuit 23 and the above two correction amounts are added to a rolling load at the (n-1) path to correct the rolling load. In that method, plate thickness deviations of the front and rear ends are corrected at the one less path, so that the thickness accuracy at the front and rear ends is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent continuation of runaway of a program and to prevent an erroneous output by providing a function for monitoring whether a branch destination is registered or not, in case when an instruction is executed as a nonsequential instruction. CONSTITUTION:In case when a branch or an interruption is generated at the time of memory fetch from a CPU, the fetch sequence becomes discontinuous. A branch destination and an execution start destination in case of an interruption are written in advance in an association memory 51. In case when contents of an address bus 101 at the time of fetch coincide with an address written in advance, a signal 512 is applied as a load signal 513 to a counter 52 through an output gate 57. Also, in case when a value of the counter 52 does not coincide with the address 101 at the time of fetch, it is shown that abnormality is generated in the CPU, therefore, a strobe signal 502 to a memory is inhibited by a gate 58. At the same time, an error signal 503 is generated, and the CPU starts processing for abnormality.
