    • PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency of rotor unbalance correction, by heating up mixed resin, and by applying the resin to a winding section. CONSTITUTION:From an unbalance measuring process, the command of an unbalance correction degree and a correction position is fed. A main agent is pressure-fed to a mixing section 12 from a main agent tank 10. A hardener is also fed to the mixing section 12 from a hardener tank 13. The main agent and the hardener are mixed with each other at the mixing section 12, and are discharged by a balance correcting desired quantity to a heating vessel 18 set at a high temperature by a cylindrical heater 17. After that, to a miniature motor 20 by which a correction position is set, double fluid resin which is prompted in hardening by the heating vessel 18 is lowered in viscosity is applied by an extruding piston 19. In its case, by hoisting and inclining the miniature motor 20 with a cylinder 22, the winding section of the miniature motor 20 is horizontally set, and the double fluid resin is applied to. Besides, by a cleaning liquid pressure-feeding motor 16 through a cleaning tank 15, the mixing section 12, the heating vessel 18, and the extruding piston 19 are cleaned, and the resin is prevented from being left and hardened.

      SOLUTION: A machining table 20 comprises four divided sections, i.e., a depth side machining table 20A, a front side machining table 20B, a front part machining table 20C, and a rear part machining table. The machining table 20 is divided into four sections. The machining table 20 are divided into four sections, and independently movable from each other. A workpiece is moved on the machining tables 20A, 20B and 20C, respectively. After the workpiece is fixed on each machining table, the peripheral portion of the workpiece is bent by using upper and lower punches. In a member bending process, the recess with the vertically long overhanging amount of 2.7 mm for reinforcing the vertical strength of the door is bent to a door front left side, the recess with the overhanging amount of 2.7 mm for reinforcing the door in the vicinity of the fitting of the instrument fitting plate is bent to the center of a door front face, and the folding of the frame part of the door and a supporting part formed integrally with the door are bent. In a member jointing process, the four corners of the door, which serve as the jointing part of the folded frame, are formed by jointing through welding.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the insulating film removal work for a member before housing assembly work and wire continuity work for a housing member by forming a protrusion at a fitting part, and peeling off the insulating film of a fitting mate with the protrusion for electric continuity. SOLUTION: A protruding part 17 for fitting is formed at one metallic part (protruding side) 23 to be jointed, and a recess 18 for fitting is formed at the other metallic parts (recess side) 24, 25. The protrusion 17 has an insulating film 19 such as coating or plating having insulation properties to prevent the metallic part from being corroded. A protrusion 20 is formed at a fitting part for electric continuity between the metallic parts. The protrusion 20 has a size large enough to form electric continuity between the metallic parts, and the insulating film 19 is peeled off by insertion force for fitting the part for electric continuity. It is thus possible to eliminate the insulating film removal work for a member before assembly work for a housing body such as a distribution panel and work for bringing respective housing members in continuity with an electric wire or the like. It is also possible to carry to coating for each part and facilitate automation.

    • PURPOSE:To control the deformation excepting the groove part of the blank including the deformation in axial direction of the blank at the roll forming time, to increase the working efficiency, also to extend the service life of forming roller extensively by forming in advance a deep groove at each groove position of the thick blank. CONSTITUTION:The deep grooves 2a-2e having the adequate cross section shape and depth found from the calculation of the deformed quantity are worked in advance on the outer peripheral face of a blank 1a. The V grooves 3a-3e of the waveform sectional shape of a product 1b are roll-formed by turning the blank 1a on which said deep grooves are worked and by pressing the freely turnable forming roller 4 having the groove teeth 5a-5e of waveform sectional shape. In this roll forming stage there is a slight space A between the groove teeth 5a-5e and groove bottom 3A-3E and the deformation of the groove bottom 3A-3E is reduced to the minute one caused indirectly by the deformation of the V grooves 3a-3e. this slight deformation in the axial direction of the groove bottoms 3A-3E is absorbed by the space A and not accumulated between the adjacent groove bottoms 3A-3E. The load to flare the groove teeth 5a-5e in axial direction which has been shortening the service life of the forming roller 4 with the conventional method is therefore prevented.
