摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To leave, maintain and manage the information of an information owner in a specified stacking place through a network by making an information storage management server store the information received from an information provision client, convert the information when information reference is requested, send it to an information reference client and charge a reference charge. SOLUTION: The information providing client 1 leaves the information in the information storage management server 4 and pays the management charge of the information to the information storage management server 4. The information reference client 2 refers to the information inside the information storage management server 4 and pays the reference charge (information using charge + system using charge) to the information storage management server 4. The information storage management server 4 receives the management charge from the information providing client 1 and receives the using charge from the information reference client 2. The information storage management server 4 receives the using charge by the utilization of the managed information and pays a part of it to the information providing client 1.
