The respective authentication stations CAi invalidate CERTi when invalidation is based on the change of the state on the entity and when the state change is recognized to affect the invalidation requirement of CERTi at the time of confirming the invalidation of managed CERT0 in the authentication station CA0.

A server, without the pertinent transmission record or reception record, inserts a non-arrival message to the inquiry telegraphic message and resends it.
