    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a temperature rise in a stator iron core pressure plate, by forming the ring of a plurality of conductors at the axial end surface of the stator iron core pressure plate, and connecting the ring of a pluarility of conductors with a plurality of conductive rods. SOLUTION: In the vicinity of a stator iron core end part formed with a stator iron core pressure plate 9, a leakage flux 16 by field magetomotive force and armature magetomotive force are present in a complex form, and axial magnetic fluxes enter an iron core end surface. The stator iron core pressure plate 9 for fixing a stator iron core 7 at a stator frame is manufactured out of an iron mass from the viewpoint of mechanical strength, and by the leakage flux 16 entered axially, eddy-current flows through th end surface of the stator iron core keep plate 9, and local heating occurs. Therefore, a cage shield device 10b is formed by disposing end rings 1, 2 at positions where the eddy-current flows concentricity in a circumferential direction, and connecting the end rings 1, 2 by conductive rods 4. The end rings 1, 2 and the conductive rods 4 which from the shield device 10b are made of metal so that the eddy-current may flow.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately detect the temperature of a stator for a rotary electric machine by providing temperature sensors in the vicinity on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of a cylindrical partition plate mounted on the stator to surround the outer periphery of a rotor at part of the entire axial direction of an air gap between the stator and the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical partition plate 14 is so mounted on a stator 3 as to surround the outer periphery of a rotor 7 at part of the axial length of an air gap 15 between a stator core 3 and the rotor 7 laminated through a gap 16. A plurality of temperature sensors 17 are mounted on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the plate 14. Cooling gas fed through the sub slot 12 of the rotor 7 flows through a gap of a coil ll as designated by an arrow in a peripheral direction, partly collides with the plate 14, and the residue flows directly to the gap 15. Cooling air flows inner and outer peripheral directions as designated by arrows inside the gap 16 of the core 3. Thus, the sensors 17 accurately separately measure the temperatures of the rotor and the stator.

    • PURPOSE:To make the penetration of hydrogen in the rotary electric equipment into the captioned oil seal and suppress a temperature rise due to the frictional loss of a seal ring by providing a drainage pipe for discharging a part of a seal oil which cools a seal ring. CONSTITUTION:The space gH of a seal ring 3 on the inside of a rotary electric equipment is made smaller for reducing hydrogen consumption so as to reduce the quantity of a seal oil and the space gA of the seal ring 3 on the outside of the rotary electric equipment is reduced in correspondence with the space gH for maintaining the transient dynamic characteristic of the seal ring 3. Thus, the total quantity of the seal oil discharged through both seal rings 3 is reduced. However, the oil quantity equal to the conventional one or more is necessary to cool the seal ring 3. The oil quantity to cool the seal ring 3 is discharged from a seal case 2 to an oiling pipe 7. On the middle of the oiling pipe 7 provided an oil quantity regulating valve 8 so as to regulate the balance between the quantity of the seal oil and the quantity of the oil to cool the seal ring 3, thereby preventing the seal oil from the excessive flow only to the oiling pipe 7.

    • PURPOSE:To readily inspect the adhered state of a duct in a vent hole of a coil conductor by forming a simulated slot extending axially to the end of a rotor body, and containing a simulated conductor having a simulated vent hole in the slot. CONSTITUTION:A simulated slot 14 is formed at the end of a rotor body 1, and a simulated conductor 15 which does not flow a current is detachably contained in the slot 14. The conductor 15 is retained by a wedge 7 fed through a movement preventing wedge 15 provided in the slot 14 at the radial end to retain the both axial ends by stoppers 17, 18. A simulated vent hole 6a which communicates radially is formed in the conductor 15. When the adhered state of dust in the hole 15a is inspected, the adhered state of dust in the hole of a rotor coil can be known.

Through these procedures, the stress applied to the curved section is decreased even when the field coil 3 is deformed due to centrifugal force and the deformation of the curved section can be prevented.
