摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the positioning accuracy, by dividing a trackless car into a fixed frame and a floating frame, and fitting the lower face of a ram cylinder for lifting frame, to a conical base fixed onto the floor face. CONSTITUTION:A driving wheel 2 driven by a driving device M and a driven wheel 3 are provided on a fixed frame 1 of a trackless car so that it can run freely, and if runs and stops along a course set by a sensor S, a control device 4, etc., or by selecting a course. A floating frame 5 provided with a move- loading device 7 is provided on the frame 1, is lifted and lowered by a ram cylinder 6 its lower part, a ram 8 which makes frequent appearances to the lower part is fit-inserted into the cylinder 6, a conical recessed groove 8a is formed on its lower face, and when a conical base 9 provided on a fixed position determined in advance of the trackless car is fitted into the groove 8a, an aligning action operates, and the floating frame is floated at an exact set position. Also, since a level of the conical base is aligned with a level of a conveyor on the ground, leveling of the floating frame can be executed exactly.
